No disagreement from me. But I have no option but to use this thread to expose the utter stupidity of members of other political parties because if you start a how does Labour need to change thread, the rabid manage to get it shut down.
Try starting a Labour thread again, that is an option open to you.
and have people peddle rothschild conspiracy theories and throw a hissy fit every time dear leader is criticised? Nah thanks.
  • Opinion polls have been worse than useless in predicting outcome for the last few elections. There was one exception but I can’t remember which for the moment.

Are more than 50% of those polled in favour of this Tory government?
That would be a very high approval rating.

Of course it's not 50%, but they clearly show that 'any alternative to this tory government would be a huge improvement' is not something most people would agree with.

    YouGov/Times (20th Jul) – CON 38%, LAB 39%, LDEM 9%, UKIP 6%
    ICM/Guardian (22nd Jul) – CON 40%, LAB 41%, LDEM 8%, UKIP 5%
    YouGov/Times (23rd Jul) – CON 38%, LAB 38%, LDEM 10%, UKIP 6%
    Ipsos MORI/Standard (24th Jul) – CON 38%, LAB 38%, LDEM 10%, UKIP 6%
Nope, sorry, that is not clear evidence to counteract my statement.
If the Tories are around 39% by my calculation that leaves 69% who are not Tory.
    Hi Diane *waves*
    A truly classic moment.

I think it was Muttley (?) who always referred to Survation as the one that's 'more' right/predicated the general election result.

Their latest (July 8th) is 38% Tory, 40% Labour, 10% Lib Dem 3% SNP and 9% other.

Yeah they moved away from door stepping and landline telephones to random online mobile polling I think.

Everyone has laughed at their prediction the last few times there has been a major vote but they have been bang on the money.

Is that what Admin told you?
I've no idea what you are talking about. Are you changing the subject by any chance?
"...the rabid manage to get it shut." - so I asked if that was what admin told you? How is posing a question about a statement you have made changing the subject?
  • Banged to rights.
    Oh well.
    100-39 is 61.
Still more not Tories than are.
  • 3 mayorial candidates for London were interviewed on LBC .. one is an ex punk (so he claims) another sounds like an American/Canadian woman and the third is a long standing Afro/Carib London resident .. ostensibly about as far from Boris as you can get ((:>) .. still tories though

Did they all have bullet holes in their feet?

Start a new thread and get your fellow right wingers to behave themselves and then bingo you have your own thread where you can blame Labour to your hearts content for all the countries woes.
  • See all the justified anger on the "CAFC staff threaten to sue Duchatelet over unpaid bonuses" thread? Imagine that situation, but an entire country
  • That's a nice library you have there! Shame we have to close it down - there simply isn't any money! Yes I have three houses
  • Isn’t the answer to the title of this thread essentially that they don’t have to change? This government have probably been the most inept in my lifetime yet the polls still show them ahead of HM Opposition. Why would they want to change?

Been said many times on here by me and others hence the often mentioned Red party.

The title should probably be how would you like them to change.
  • I would like a coalition of chaos rather than this current strong and stable government.

Course not, a similar number to the coalition of chaos.

I don’t class myself as a Tory but as you know voted for them last election - think I’m even in my 30 years of voting between Labour & Conservative (and missed one election).

  • See Priti Patel could be walking away with a £17k pay off after being removed from her role earlier in the year. Unbelievable

Break ministerial code of conduct and get sacked, but here’s £17k for your troubles

I wonder how much Johnson will get? Surely as he resigned he should get more than a sacking.

One useful feature of Tories is they provide a refuge for the selfish, so everybody knows where to go to learn about self serving, anti community, money driven, destructive and divisive behaviour.
  • So Our jez has now been found to have said that zionists aren't really english.

    Not a racist though.

    Not a cult either.
