We are Charlton, last month we had our one day of entitled happiness this decade.
Based on that law, there won't be a takeover.
Takeover by a competent owner that respects our history and the fans, and gives us a good chance of a mid-table finish in the Championship.
Or our idiot owner pisses around, scares off all bidders, sets an appallingly low budget so Bowyer and Gallen walk and we end up back in League 1 next year with the lowest ever Championship points total. And even more debt will be added to the sale price.
Agree this is Charlton, we've had our moment of happiness....
Front man for Ashley, once the Toon are sold to Arabs, Ashley joins the board, give it 6 months Ashley becomes the major shareholder - its happening...................
God that took me a long time to catch up and read all of the new posts. And it still seems about 50/50 split between something happening and f all happening
Airman has confirmed that there is no shortage of potential buyers. Nobody is buying because Roland wants too much. So this is just more of the same crap. Are we supposed to forget he wants too much or assume an even bigger idiot than him wants to buy us at £60m?
This is the bit where the deal isn't going to happen and the details get leaked. Airman said he knew about Dalman a while ago. We should divert our attention to Bowyer - isn't the deadline for him to sign Friday!!!!!!
There seems to be no shortage of potential buyers willing to pay what the club is worth. I won't knock any of them for not being stupid enough to pay what a mad man wants!

1) Aussie bid
2) Mike Ashley
3) Dalman
4) Duchatelet
I cannot, however, work out which half is which.
5% Aussie
3% Mike Ashley
22% Dalman
If they were, they'd have done it by now.
As Henry says, wait till its on the official site.

Tell everyone you want to sell it.
Then continue to keep rejecting offers....offers that are beyond anyone's wildest imagination.
Have a little break from your 2%.
Take the family out for some lunch
