Fucking get in, managed to get them. My daughter will be beside herself, she was distraught when I couldn't get them the first time. Just need to sort the argument about who's taking her with my wife (please let it not be me)!
Great news Dave, my niece calls herself a 'swifty' she is pretty dedicated, flew out to LA earlier this year to see her and has tickets for Wembley next year. Take your daughter you may enjoy it LOL.

Yeah, my daughter’s obsessed as well. We say to her that if she dedicated as much time to her schoolwork as she does learning about Taylor Swift, she’d be a genius!

Bless her, she was almost hyperventilating when I told her, don’t think I’ve ever seen her cry so much.
CMAT at Chalk, Brighton, Wednesday evening. Very good vocalist, excellent band, well recommended, we're going to see here again next May at Forum, Camden.
As you can see in the second picture, her top was an accident waiting to happen...
Stig posted this on another thread. Truly amazing. Don't go short of music to listen to. Here's a list of 1001 Peel Sessions all with links to the music in YouTube that open without ads. Fantastic stuff

While you were all were miserable tonight either at the Valley or watching the stream, I was at Sunny Sweeney in Glasgow. First saw her at The Luminaire in Kilburn in 2007 and have loved her ever since. I laughed and I cried - gig of the year for me.

quality of that photo I thought it might be Axl Rose!
Show of Hands with Miranda Sykes full circle tour (part 1) Acoustic folk music of many styles performed with humour and virtuosity A really fine night out
Saw Skids last night (supporting From The Jam)....ended their session with Into The Valley.
Seeing them both tonight, plus Purple Hearts, at Indigo. Sounds like there may be as many Charlton fans there as there were at the Cheltenham game the other night 😉
In Valencia at an awesome Rock n Roll weekender, saw Porto's TT Syndicate on Friday - amazing! Last night was The Metrotones, still great after all these years, though sadly Den Hegarty wasn't singing bass, Lewis Jordan Brown - who plays Jerry Lee Lewis in the Sun Records stage show, utterly brilliant - and the Blue Cats, who were better than I have seen them for years. More tonight, and just found out as an added bonus, Powerslave are on at the same venue on Sunday, and we are here 'til Monday. Bonus!

Gutted I can’t make it tonight. For anyone who is going, I’d strongly recommend you get there in time to catch The Purple Hearts, they really are superb.

I was highly impressed with Blonde Redhead, who appeared at the Village Underground last night. They've got a very distinctive sound and very much worth a visit as @InspectorSands said a couple of months ago.
I'm getting a bit old for two gigs in two nights, but when you can get a ticket to see Porridge Radio at a 150-capacity venue (Hope & Ruin, Brighton), it's not to be missed. It was a charity gig. Brighton is their 'home ground'. They started by playing ten new songs, which went down well with an enthusiastic crowd. They then played about 40 minutes of requests from the audience. Dana Margolin, the lead singer, gives more than almost any other front person I've ever seen. The gig has got into the top twenty of my lifetime and quite possibly the top ten. Great night.
Got 3 gigs in 3 nights this weekend.....not sure my 49 year old bones will be up to it.
Friday I am escorting my daughter to Wargasm at Shepherds Bush Empire Saturday is Elvana (Elvis Fronted Nirvana) at the Roundhouse Sunday is The Front Bottoms at Kentish Town Forum
Saw the mighty Wonder Stuff on Saturday night. Another absolute belter from them They really are a fantastic live act. Its becoming a once a year tradition for me and my mates and long may it continue.

I suspect I will be asleep for most of Monday!
I'm doing the Front Bottoms show on Monday night. I hope it's good.

Get down for support act at Roundhouse on Saturday (Oh my god, it's the church). Saw them at Victorious festival in August and were the highlight of the weekend. You will be smiling from ear to ear by the end of the set.
Went to Valencia for a Rockabilly festival last weekend (Thurs to Sat), it was brilliant, but the added bonus - by pure co-incidence - the same venue had booked Powersolo for the Sunday night. Had a nice chat with Kim, who, mad as he is on stage, is very nice off...
just seen Suede live at the Electric Brixton, I thought a great gig although could have gone on longer. Girlfriend not a big fan, wish I'd gone with some else 😂

Carnage (in a good way).

...so someone in the audience lent her a t-shirt.
