The umpire 3 terrible decisions all in Indias favour.
England have complained about the Umpire in question. Not sure what this will achieve anymore than any sanctions will be made against Kohli for his reaction and questioning of the umpires for decisions that didn't go in India's favour.
On another note there was an incredible finish to the NZ v Australia ODI.
NZ made 286-9 off their 50 overs. Australia in reply were 67-6 at one point but managed to get to 226-9 at which time Hazlewood joined Stoinis at the wicket.
With 19 to win Stoinis hit Southee for two consecutive 6's so just 7 required off 19 balls. Last ball of the over and Stoinis hits it to Williamson at short mid on who then runs Hazlewood out at the non striker's end.
Stoinis ended up 146 not out but what was extremely unusual was the fact that Hazlewood not only didn't score a run in their 54 run partnership but he didn't even face a single ball!!!
Despite NZ winning the MOM had to go to Stoinis given that, in addition to his almost match winning innings he took 3-49 off his 10 overs.
I still don't get why we send Buttler in at 6 in T20's. He is such a destructive player we need to give him time time get into the game and make and difference. No point having him in for the last 2 overs. Let him come in with 10 to go and push us on.

On yesterday's performance he should be given Root's slot and the boy wonder can carry the drinks for the decider.

Agreed. He is such a destructive player that we are actually limiting his effectiveness by having him come in so late. Sometimes, especially on tracks that are two paced or slow, it isn't easy to just turn the tap on as soon as you get in and you do need a few balls to get a feel of conditions.
India did exactly the same with Dhoni the other night - their best finisher came in with just a couple of overs to go. By the same token I wouldn't have Buttler coming in the first 6 overs as I think that we would be making the same mistake as India are with Kohli. There again, it's because India have such a lack of in form openers that they are having to do this.
Buttler said in an interview last year that he wanted to bat higher up the order in t20 and eventually open. I believe he did open in the summer against Sri Lanka.
I would have him at number 4 in this side, unless the openers get off to a flyer, and let him go in at 3.
Thing is , despite Joe Roots so-called failings of being unable to smash the ball out of the ground, he probably has one of the higher SR's of all the England team - his ability to manipulate the ball around is very good. Agree that Buttler should be higher - maybe 4, but Root is perfect at 3.

But, if nothing else brightens my day, it will be the sight of Kohli running himself out and then blaming his partner - because he is always right!
Kohli run out 2.
Mills, Ali, Stokes bowled 12 overs for 94 runs.
Jordan, Plunkett, Rashid bowled 8 for 101.
(Not that that makes sense, 94 and 101 doesn't make 202. Blame ESPNcricinfo..)
