So we are apparently going to see how the Under 21 team fare in League One next season (with a couple of over age players). This Duchatelet strategy is feckin' brilliant.
Seems odd to start with Hendo if the Forest rumour has legs. In a meaningless game it would make more sense to play Miltov or Phillips.
Phillips hasnt appeared at all though has he... Whilst Mitov has only been seen in YouTube training videos.
Am surprised as you'd expect one of them to play against Dulwich on Tuesday but guess that'll be Beeney
I'd imagine Phillips will be at dulwich along with aherne-grant and a few others. Both squads would have 2 goalkeepers (hendo + mitov in Austria , Phillips and beeney in the Uk)
Don't know what his fitness levels are, and Anzhi are 2-3 weeks ahead of us in terms of pre-season. Seems Slade might be trying out different formations:
Looks like a 433/451 with Harriott and Holmes flanking Novak. Watt isn't fit as Slade said after Bromley, so seeing as we haven't listed the second half XI we will probably play an hour or so with this lot before making the majority of our subs, and I expect Watt etc to feature then
I guess its just going to be this thread as there wont be a CAFCPlayer commentary so guess a few of us will just be providing the tweets for those who dont have twitter
Cafc official hasn't started to tweet match updates yet
Olly did say earlier that there might be connection problems... Wonder if that may be the case at the moment as we havent heard anything since a warm up video
