    That is so depressing to read as anybody else would have been sacked for continuous failure to meet targets! Any decent sort of person would have resigned but she isn't decent, just arrogant!

    Sounds like no matter what she does, she's safe. That's great. Really great. So she has no performance metrics? Must be one of the only people in the country then!
