I presume there will be the customary 'extensive search' for his replacement?

    20 applicants to be interviewed.

New head coach will be announced in the morning.

After he's been to Harveys to pick out a new sofa in the sale?
  • Katie left early to start the interview process ---- white smoke will soon be seen over the Valley ---- hopefully she burns slowly

She was racing down to Portsmouth for the Northampton game.
  • Do one Riga.
  • Least he didnt wait to be sacked... So often Managers will do that now meaning they get compensation...

Riga has done the decent thing wish him well

I thought we wanted to hit the regime in the pocket!

  • Have been sceptical of him - but fair play to him.

    See you in 6 months.
  • ...and so the countdown to that Nobby Vinegar bloke starts.
  • You can forget Wilder, he's not interested.

Who would be under the dictatorship of Roland! Another non-entity on the way.

If its true, Riga left the club because of transfers (the same reason nearly every other Manager has gone) so cant see any British Manager coming in without a say on them!!

Seriously what is the love with the Director of Football role within clubs, seriously other than at the top sides when has it EVER worked either in England or the Continent?

    I heard the same.

Was told by someone I believe that the coach Simon whatever his name is will get the job because he's cheap.

Everyone leaving the club has been replaced by someone from within the club just further down the chain.

Simon Clark is going to be our next Manager, just a bit more duct tape round the shoe!!

  • The next one won't be Peeters, he's too big to fit into a laundry basket.

Official approach made to Nothampton for permission to speak to Chris Wilder yesterday .....

means nothing, why would he join when the circumstances did not even meet Riga's requirements?
