As I like to give credit when it is due, I am grateful to Mick Everett for responding to my email even though he is currently on leave.
It would be wrong of me to disclose the contents of his email but I am reasonably satisfied with his reply.
It looks as though we will still be able to sit in our usual place in the suite and I have agreed not to draw attention again whilst in the suite. I have to think of my dad and do not want any problems for his sake.

The usual response from the club, you have to agree that you were wrong etc, just like the banner in the North Stand & like any time you are asked to attend a meeting at the club, it's the same old whitewash as per usual.

I haven't had to agree to anything. I personally made my own decision. Having said that I will still support the protests and nothing has changed about the way I feel that this club is being run.
I certainly hope so. I have been advised that the club reserves the right to close the blinds if it considers it appropriate. I hope they won't do that as it will spoil our 'match day experience', for which we pay a lot of money.
The Keith Peacock Suite used to be where the Vista lounge/restaurant is now and we were moved to the old boardroom this season to make way for the new lounge. When we moved we were no longer able to see a lot of people who used to walk through the old suite from the lift. We made some good friends and cannot see them on match days now the suite has moved. This, for us was a big disappointment.
The view out of the window is one of the things we like about the new suite and if we are prevented from seeing out with closed blinds, it will spoil that experience.
Only a few people sit by the window and I know most of those are very sympathetic to the protest campaign.
I would have changed the thread title but can't seem to do that!
5 pages because they asked you to stop opening the blinds...
Yes, had they not closed the blinds the protesters would very quickly have forgotten I was there. It was a complete overreaction to a woman wearing a child's mask.
The car park and area in front of West Stand reception. May sound boring but you can see fans arriving (and leaving) and quite good for people watching!!!!
So ME14addick caring for her dad, Paul Ellis, one of our museum movers and shakers Henry of this parish, and Seb Lewis have been picked on to our knowledge. Others we know less of, like Gwen and her son re the flag, plus stewards hustling folk off staircases and preventing photography, yet Katrien slithers up to Airman and says he is afraid of her! Building a better tomorrow together are we? Whilst I think free tickets for school kids is actually an admirable thing there was something of the cynical use of those kids yesterday, calling out each school name to elicit a cheer, and getting rather bewildered kids out to wave flags...no not a Nuremberg rally, but not a joyful organic event either...simply a photo opportunity for club propaganda I thought, with that cringe making Sir Valiant getting involved to add to the toe curling. If some of the planning that had gone into the school kids exploitation event had gone into the Moore tribute we may not be so ashamed and embarassed. I agree with ME24addickthst the Cardiff staff on the touchline, and their fans too showed how it ought to be done.
Any guesses for the season ticket slogan this year?
How about 'Alienating the old, exploiting the young'? I reckon Katrien would love that one.
Being in the East stand near the pitch I saw the kids being given flags etc . A Club photographer was taking photos of various kids in the front few rows. I am guessing that part of coming along to the match involved the parents giving consent for the club to take photos of their children? Where I work if we take pictures of children with the animals we have to ask the parents permission first - and also to use the image. During the match the photographer came over again and pointed the camera at a kid whilst sort of gesturing to the parent - so maybe they had sorted this

£230 a season ( Eat your heart out Rachel Riley)
Edited to add, hey that's a plan @ME14addick, get there early a squirt some superglue on the blinds while no one is looking!
