Bit uneasy over the comments this topic received to be honest with you. It's refreshing to hear something different even if I disagree with the view personally.
I've taken a break (well as much as I can, it's a bit of an addiction) since all this news broke. The way the fella was so quickly shot down by everyone from regular posters to moderators makes me feel I should extend my break to Saturday when we can start talking about the football again.
This forum is for people to express their views, whether it's positive, negative or indifferent. So, whoever you may be today, just accept it. By the way, as I like a moan occasionally, your English isn't great ;-)
Sorry if I've missed something @AFKABartram, but I don't see why it was necessary or relevant to highlight @Murdoch's posting history? He/she is just posting an opinion, right? Does it matter how often he/she posts? Should we all expect an analysis of our posting habits everytime we say something that's not popular? I'm genuinely wondering if you're looking up my history now!
If you don't really visit a forum much, it's a bit rich to go on there simply to slag other users off.

So what you're saying is that a poster who (allegedly) having not felt the need to contribute to any discussion around the takeover, Powell's sacking, Riga's appointment then leaving, Peeters appointment then sacking, Luzon's appointment and soon to be removal, several transfer windows, a World Cup and Paulies highlights...is genuinely breaking radio silence only to call out other posters as drama queens, etc?
The geezers clearly after a reaction . Now I can see why that might appeal to one or two posters who like nothing better than making snidey comments from the sidelines and stiring things uo but when AFKA and Lookie spend so much time, money and effort running the board I think it's fair enough to point out trolling where they see it.
To be fair, I was pointing out that the lack of posting up to now shouldn't disqualify them from making a critical comment. I lurk on ITTV all the time, but I've only made a handful of posts over there. I don't see why that should disqualify me from making a criticism if I feel strongly enough about something. They are fair points that negative postings about negative posting seems "rich" (Hovi), and that AFKA may suspect trolling (Bournemouth), so maybe I'm just naive and innocent, but I just felt like the backlash seemed a bit OTT that's all.
Fair enough @lordromford and @Callumcafc you are both long term posters who I respect completely so if I'm rubbing people like you up the wrong way (and I seem to have done that with a couple of other posts in recent days with others), then I'm probably going about things wrong.
This forum comes under constant criticism which is something I've never enjoyed but unfortunately learned to live with. In this instance though it was posted on here by a name I've never recognized, so wanted to see what their usage was like. It showed 16 visits in four years, so I thought stating how much they used to enjoy visiting here didn't ring true. Even then though I was only calling him out in a non-serious way.
The principal though of being frustrated with people digging out other fans because they are unhappy with the road the club is going down I stand by.
I think we are all unhappy but what is there to do? Rather than using social media to vent peoples unhappiness why not gather outside the west stand after the next game and let them know how you really feel ( something i would not do at present may i add ) Tearing up season tickets in the privacy of your own home is going to achieve what? (just one of the things i have heard on twatter and forums) Why not go to the Valley and tear the bloody thing up in front of Katrien.

Or alternatively demonstrate your support for Roland and Luzon with a banner or march.
Either way I agree that protests or support from a keyboard only goes so far.

Anyway, move on.
Cheers @AFKABartram, I appreciate that and the respect is mutual. Also, please believe me that my comment wasn't personal, it was merely an observation of something that made me feel a little uncomfortable. It's been said by many before, myself included, that you do a sterling job with the site and your dedication and hard work really is appreciated. Finally, regarding your final point, we all know how frustrating this site can be at times with the bickering and whatnot, so I'm sure it must be even more so for you. Keep up the good work.

Fair play AFKA, I can see where you're coming from.
Lots of respect for continuing to supply this platform despite the stress and criticism as well, by the way. I can't imagine following CAFC without it.

Support Roland no diffidently not Henners he belongs in your bloody museum, support Luzon yes for the time being as he has mad eyes.
The real Murdoch is back and I have to say what a stir Bexley Dan has caused!!
It's good that peoples history is transparent on this site but in the real world things are a little different. Imagine if you are a Standard Liege fan and you find out that your club has been stripped of its assets to fund a championship side in the England getting into the premier league!!
This is my theory based on our commercially driven owners. I must say the club has really improved since their takeover. I have kids in the Academy and I am at the training ground every day except Fridays. It has improved immensely since the takeover and will continue to as this is so important to the 'masterplan.'
The club had to change and there is no turning back now. Lets hope it works out and we get a bit of success with hopefully a bit more home grown talent coming through.
I think this thread and the responses to the originator demonstrate how the fiasco that took place on Monday/Tuesday at our Club has divided opinion & led to Lifers bickering with each other more than usual.
If RD's raison d'etre is to divide & rule ( as well as to make money) then maybe he is achieving this aim.....
Totally agree that we should all voice our opinions on both manager & owner - we often learn something from others that we have not considered or been made aware of before.
But the overwhelming message is that we support our CLUB & those who wear the shirt on its behalf.
And for the sake & future of our Club, can't we agree to let our players know that whatever goes on behind the scenes, they will always have our backing on matchdays ?
Be loud & proud of the lads and do our bit to halt the stutter down the table ?

He did call us/them "...negative, whinging drama queens" Callum - I think people are perfectly entitled to defend their position and fight fire with fire if they want to.
He also said Luzon has "won something" - technically he hasn't - read the book, as they say.
How would the appointment of an English manager have signalled the end of the plan - where is the plan? Can I have a look at it too, and see where it says "We will never appoint an English manager"?
His belief that a Premiership (sic) push is the goal is just that, a belief, no more valid than mine, another negative whinger or the bloke on the Clapham omnibus. There was no mention of that at the press conference as I recall? Of course long term that's got to be the aim, but Murdoch/Bexley Dan's inference was that it was this season.
He also wrote: "What do u lot all want- success on the pitch or 100% transparency / being in the know?" . Well right now we are getting neither.

COYA !!!!!
And that is what slightly worries me Fanny, some are slagging of Luzon already which for me will only seep down to the players and be detrimental on how we will play on matchdays. Douchebag is the problem not Luzon.

Changing my account from 'Grumpy Addick' to 'Drama Queen' (or maybe keep both and have a sort of weird dual personality).

'what do we want?'
' a fair and open interview process'
'when do we want it?'
' last week'
