So im guessing it'll be about £4/£4.50 for a bottle of carlsberg....
So pretty much the same as most of London then!
Am looking forward to a decent burger rather than the vile slice of mystery meat twixt a stale roll. And just more choice generally. Perhaps my dinner on Tuesday night games will now be more then a bovril and a chunky kit kat bar!
I just hope that if we are going onto bottled beers they invest in some bigger fridges as at almost every ground that sells bottles that I have been to, you are left with warm beers before half time!

Agree. I'm more than happy to pay £4.50 for a bottle of beer as long as it's cold. Will be asking for my money back/replacement if they give me a warm/room temperature one.
Why can't we take "alcoholic beverages" to our seats, like they do in the States? And when will we start serving Tim Taylor's Landlord on handpump?
I brought a friend of mine to the Forest game and despite him being a Forest fan he had apparently never been to a football match before. He disappeared off at one point then returned to his seat holding a pint, much to my surprise. Nothing happened, no-one said anything and he just sat there and drank it, so it can be done.

Excellent. Fortune favours the brave - and the naïve.

Game towards the End of the season in fact I think it might of been the last home game, Steward in the Upper North just did not care, one guy came up to his seat with a drink and nothing was said so everyone started bringing drinks up and walking straight past him holding them, he just ignored them
It will never be reviewed. As far as the establishment is concerned the British football supporter is scum that can't be trusted to behave to the standards of normal society. I am hopeful that when a bi party commission from the House of Lords schedule their visit to the Den in Septem... Oh bollocks!
Irrelevant to myself as I go to Charlton to watch the football not to sample the pork pies. As long as the club don't make a loss financially on it, then bon appetite.
As I have been saying for ages no loyalty in the game, we showed no loyalty to the old suppliers maybe they will end up at West Ham with a certain Mr Poyet ;-)
As long as they bring in their own staff to run the kiosks as the current lot employed by Charlton don't have a clue about customer service that is deffo one thing he club need to improve

Think the "no alcohol in your seats" is a local council rule - same as taking the bottle tops off of drinks (which really annoys me) - that and paying £1.85 for a bottle of water!
“It’s an excellent deal and we have had to work hard to get the right partners to ensure the club’s visions, values and ambitions are aligned. The step change this partnership will create will be for everyone to see"
For me, saying the club's visions, values and ambitions are aligned as a result of catering contract is really over using business speak here. It's a new caterer that will hopefully serve better food for decent prices.
As someone who uses the hospitality facilities, I hope they do keep most of the staff. We have come to think of many of them as friends and it would be sad to lose them.

At least you can get a beer in the ground down here, all scottish football matches are booze free!
