Now thats what you call a final it went 1 way then it went the other way, it was impossible to call even into the final frame decider a proper final between to great players.
European Masters starts today, as with pretty much every other event apart from 1 this season Ronnie has pulled out, Hossein Vafaei has also pulled out meaning Eden Sharav has had both his potential 1st 2 matches cancelled and instead of starting in the last 126 goes straight into the last 32
Seems bloody stupid to get someone else to throw a match.
Having done a bit more research.
Someone close to Jamie(a family member has said the following)
Jamie hasnt slept for a week worrying about this. He never once bet on a match and all he done was heard about what David John had done and failed to report it.
Personally based on the World Snooker announcement it doesnt sound like he just failed to report it but I guess we will find out soon enough
Chris Wakelin 4-0 Ken Doherty Allan Taylor 4-3 Scott Donaldson Marco Fu 4-1 Mark Joyce Liang Wenbo 4-0 Gary Wilson David Lilley 4-2 Tom Ford Oliver Lines 4-3 Joe O'Connor Eden Sharav 4-3 Michael Georgiou Craig Steadmam 4-1 Joe Swail

Ronnie being Ronnie and getting excuse ready for if he losses,he does it every event.
He misses the events in china now some of those are really bad.
As I said @MrOneLung just Ronnie being his usual charming self here is World Snookers reply.
In response to comments from Ronnie O’Sullivan at the BetVictor English Open on Monday, World Snooker said: “We are surprised to hear these comments from Ronnie given that he has made no formal complaint and the feedback from the other players has been overwhelmingly positive. And the partners we are working with on the event agree with our view that K2 Crawley is an excellent venue with very good facilities. There was a fantastic crowd in the arena today and the ticket sales for the event have already surpassed the total sales for 2016 and 2017. We look forward to seeing Ronnie play in the next round.”
So he can moan to press about it but cant put in official complaint
All about opinions, people complain about conditions all the time. I thought the tables weren't playing very well from the game i saw (Williams v Dale).
If you actually read it , he is moaning about the atmosphere, smelling of piss and wires around the tables. All valid points imo , hardly an excuse when he has won his match in 50 minutes.

Ali Carter only won 1 frame in the entire event
Get in Selby
But in an event with
Selby
Trump
Hawkins
Maguire
Wilson
Allen
Robertson and other the final is a shock.
Joe Perry(25) v Jimmy Robertson(36)
Hope you are ok.
Final
Jimmy Robertson 9-6 Joe Perry
What a result for Jimmy his 1st ranking final and he wins
It sounds like Jamie has offered money to David John(obviously not Dott ad he is playing right now) to lose frames.
David John is currently in a suspension for matcgh fixing and this relates to that
