  • We need Great players at low prices.

Last season we signed Cook, Fuller, Kerkar, Dervite, Button and Wilson - I'd rather say three quality players rather than six squad players, besides we have one or two of the youth/reserve team to step up in emergencies.

  • We need to get lucky.
  • Is Lee Martin a winger? More of a number 10 attacking mid anyway surely?

I don't think even he knows what the hell he is.

What he definitely isn't is a player we should consider for pushing on in the Championship.

You must be inhaling something stronger than me if you think he is. Typical two step overs and then fall over type available at knock down prices all over the lower leagues having been released by one of the bigger clubs.

  • Gone to Millwall on a free

    Preparing for League 1 already
  • Good signing for them.
  • well, whatever you may think of him, he must be better than nothing, which seems our transfer policy at the moment.

last 2 days Lewis McGugan & now Lee Martin have moved for free...............

Well, you would have lost your wager last season.

    Cheerful as ever.

That sort of thing has a bad history on here but I would happily take that.
  • Decent signing for them along with Morrison. Another couple and there's no way they'll be as close to going down again.
  • crap signing unlike morrison, proper shit player
  • Thank you nolly
  • What are the odds on him getting booked in the game at The Valley?

was going to ask which Morrison until I realised you have spelt his name wrong !

Even though he took apart Solly at The Valley and kept putting dangerous crosses in the box for Ipswich of which they got a goal from.

Hardest winger Solly faced all season.

One does not take Solly apart.

PP never/rarely used Martin in his best role while he was with us. The one time he did so, we won at Peterborough 5-1 and Martin was just super.
Martin is a decent player, if a bit of a loose cannon if one believes what one hears
  • Ok Henry, bet on.

Good job they won't require a salary.
  • On his day you can see why united signed him. Sadly his day comes about all too infrequently. Picking on a couple of performances and suggesting that is what you'll get from this player is poor reasoning. Good luck to him though, I like a pure flair merchant.
