  • It's not that smudge it's legislating for the behaviour of home fans reaction to the fact if one of mikes good pals in the heat of the moment in a tense game showed any sign that they were supporting the other team

You can to some degree control the person you bring however I and you know some who sit over there extreemly hot headed at times thatay not react in the way some would so not only IMO is it inconsiderate it's also liable to blow up in your face at some stage when someone reacts in the worst possible way

There are times when you can get away with it but millwall , palace it is foolish to think that everything will be ok all the time

It could cause a disorder where someone gets hurt and banned for the other person and could result in mike losing all his tickets

    Why do it
  • In the boxes

I see no real issue but as has been said before muzza nearly got a clump in the west stand

Who's to say that wernt from a corporate entertainer guest

People keep repeating this but as far as I remember it was Roger Alwen, not Richard Murray.
Are you sure it was Millwall and not you in disguise just after he banned u? ;-)
  • At the end of the game Saturday.as we were kept behind,it was quite obvious 3 millwall six rows in front.taking pics of Millwall players leaving the pitch, and happily singing wemberleeee.......How do they get three tickets in the west stand lower???????.

  • People giving them a con number
  • I have sat in the home end at both Ipswich and Watford this season.

I have not made it apparent I was a Charlton fan, but if I had done so or celebrated our goals I would have no grounds for complaint if I was asked (or made!) to leave.

If you are sitting in the 'wrong' end you should respect the fact that stricly speaking, you are not supposed to be there.

Likewise if I used my season ticket for an away fan to sit in the home area, I would be doing so knowing that if anything happened it would be on my head.
  • Loco said:

There are areas of the ground where non segregation is permitted for business purposes etc., you could always use those, that way everybody would aware of the situation and act accordingly. Just a thought!

I was not aware of that Loco or are you talking about private box's? If not what stands are these non segregation seats located in?
  • Talking of "Hospitality". What of these 2 pubs in Charlton that let 3 or 400 Millwall in from 0900 on Saturday ?

  • Bloody hell is this conversation still going on?
  • Seems to be lots of should/would/could on this forum lately. It's easy to moan but unless anyone does anything about it what's the point?

  • 1 the landlord is millwall i believe but that number you say has doubled since i heard it sat so maybe exagerated not saying you have
But i was told it was about 50 to 100 in both
  • I dream of a utopian day where I can hold hands with my spanner mates in the covered end...a day whereby differences between IQs, numbers of healthy teeth and fondness for moody burberry are consigned to distant memories that no longer divide us.

  • Not sure how popular with cafc fans his boozer is mate tbh

    Boycott or Bash ?

Joking my liberal / left alliance friends.

Seriously though - what a piss take.

Big "This is a Millwall pub" banner outside on Charlton home games should cover it.
  • I dont think i have ever been in the angerstein and only once in the horse and that was when
It had strippers but they looked like tge hairy bikers so didnt stay long

I dont recall them being real football pubs
  • Never been in White horse ! God rest him, Duncan ran the place at one time, was certainly a Charlton pub then .
  • No mate never been in the angerstein and only once in the white horse just never went that end of charlton to drink so never realky associated it with football pub used to get to the horse and groom and stop

  • well knowing who owns the White Horse i dont recommend bashing it !
  • Does it still have strippers gh
  • I loved that pub.
  • aint been in there for years.

ages back went in there after a game was empty said to the bar maid we could get a mob in there etc ----she went ape shit---told me to f++k off trying to put the frighteners on a boozer owned by ********* and she was his daughter. I explained after she calmed down i wmeant get a crowd in there etc etc ---and we all had a jolly good laugh ho ho ho.

Not the only boozer down there owned by a real face.
  • If you think about it they should attract more football crowd with their postition close enough to walk to game and far enough away to be unseen

Was in the albion alot a long time back but never used that end was going to when it had the strippers, naked women and football seemed a good idea but just never botherd atfer the hairy bikers 2
  • if you used the Albion you know who owned that boozer --- not the same "face" re the White Horse.
  • Didn't our former Manager/Player Mike Bailey run the White Horse in the late 80's?
  • Its been owned by a couple of faces one more
Well known than the other one
  • That's a no then
  • @eaststandmike

You carry on what you're doing pal. Some people are getting too precious. Its all about using your judgement. If you've friends / clients who you know full well will sit on their hands if they score, then what is the issue ? There isn't one.

Some people make the mistake of thinking everyone is like them.

Really, what's that supposed to mean exactly? Do you mean thinking everyone is like them in terms of following requests from the club not to bring away supporters into home areas?

Remind me again how you deal with people on this site who consistently and flagrantly disobey the rules of the site? Do you just let them carry on or do you take action against them?

Whatever happened to the likes of Chirpy etc? Oh, that's right, you banned them for not following your rules of how to behave on here.
