Between 16/1 and 20/1 to get relegated with most bookies, but Paddy Power still offering 40/1 this morning, got to be worth a fiver.

just took that ... got to be worth a go
40/1 too good to miss. Watch the price drop today as everyone piles on to it.
How are they 40-1 to go down and we are 13-1 when we are above them in the table?! That is crazy.
Bet365 we are 33/1 and Millwall are now 16/1
  • If they were anything like their dads we could've expected a visit this Saturday.
  • There must be a shed load of Jellied Eels and flat best bitter being slung away this morning down at the Toolbox...
  • Who cares what the attendance was. he only thing that matters is that they lost 5-1 that's FIVE ONE. HeHe

great spot chaps. just had some of that myself

they are in freefall-lost five on the spin in the league

one league win since December 15

fallen apart since Wood and Henderson left-some of their lot calling for Jackett's head

Boro away in the TV match on Saturday-Boro have been on a poor run themselves but should win that and Millwall could be just 3 points of relegation by Saturday night

their relegation price will be more like 5/1 in that case

    very true mate
  • I'm was on at 33-1. Can be done, last Sunday an old boy put a £1 Yankee costing £11 on in a bookies in Beckenham. At 5pm he came in and collected 27k. If a 6-4 fav in the last race at Ffos Las had won he would have got over 100k. He had 2 x 66-1 winners out of the four horses as well as a 9-2 winner.
Thought I would share that with you.

TBH if they get to Wembley I'll try to go. My dad's Millwall and its a good day out.

And then they will be claiming you (and many like you) as one of their legions of 'hidden supporters'!

  • I think we need to be careful what we say, we could be pulling the Lion's tail again.

Millwall 40/1 for relegation with Paddy Power (we're 13/1...), I'd get on it quick.
  • Unfortunately I think Jackett is a shrewd old campaigner and will get them back to basics enough for them to avoid the chop.
  • just had a score on them on PP. That £820 will go down lovely in May.
  • Who were that team in the 90s who were top in December, we beat them 2 - 0 in the snow, they signed some Russians and went down last game of the season?

just proves there is a precedent ... that 40/1 looks better and better
  • Don't get too excited, there are some shithouse teams in this league - mind you, one of them beat The Scum 5-1 last night!
  • Bristol City, Wolves and Huddersfield are worse than Millwall in my opinion but 40/1 is tempting...
  • 8k fans for a home game yet will no doubt shift 3k tickets in about 15 minutes for an away game against a side they don't care about.
  • Its funny because I know loads of Millwall supporters, far more then the so-called "big" London teams ie Chelsea, Arsenal etc.

I always thought there were loads of people that say they support them and never go to games....

  • Lets just worry about getting our12th win playing them .
  • it's gonna happen Nolly ... believe
  • I was in two minds about jumping on the 40-1 as I didn't wanna tempt fate but I've stuck a tenner on it anyway. They have only 1 home game in their next 5 so if they only pick up a couple of points in that time they'll be in panic mode.

Having said that they then end with 5 home games in 7. Can't see them not picking up 3 wins but you never know, they've done it before..
  • The good thing is ignoring the fact I'd love to see them go back down, with the way the fixtures go, with the 40-1 now, if they do struggle in the next few games the odd will drop and people can potentially lay out of it and guarantee a profit before they have their run of home games in April.
  • They could have home average of 3,000 and 90,000 turn up to Wembley, but if they come to The Valley and get 3 points then we have nothing.

    All about March 16th

Don't stress Gary, our home form will see us through........ oh........

  • the Chris Woods sized hole in the Millwall team will take them close to relegation, and does make you wonder how much trouble they would be in if Woods hadn't joined.

This and for them to drop.
  • If they lose their next 2 (Boro away and Leeds away) then they'll certainly be looking over their shoulders. If they make the semi's at Wembley then it's only natural they'd have one eye on that, players not wanting to be injured/suspended etc, so they could certainly be in with a shout of going down.

However, with the amount of home games they have left, i'd say they should manage 4/5 more wins to see them safe.
