  • Chuffed that JJ had a good game
  • much needed post to prove Henry wrong :)
  • Fuller inspired and just fit enough to cover Kermorgant injury
  • I see insufferable addick is making up statistics and "facts" again as per normal.

Such a shame the cricket season is over and that a friendly joke from Tango had to be twisted into a dig but its par for the course.

    Sad.

    Chill pill, Henry.

It was a very amiable and friendly joke with you and not at you, building on Tangoflash's jest.

''Insufferable''.Yes. Good jokey pun. I don't mind at all.

But sometimes you just need to stop being so damned up yourself and self-righteous for five mins and stop taking yourself so blessed seriously!

    Sad.
  • Sooooo anyway, charlton won
  • Orthodox 4-4-2. Yippee!

"Football is a simple game made complicated by those who should know better" Bill Shankly (1913-81).
  • to those at the game what was kerkar like cos on the occassions i've seen him play i'm not sure if he's really a winger or what he does
  • Vital, confidence-restoring win.
We've had a rough couple of weeks, but I've always believed that the spirit in the squad is good.
Fuller is beginning to look like an inspired signing.
Well done to the players, management and all those who made the journey.
We're good enough to be competitive in this league, we've shown that already. Let's kick on from here.
  • Kerkar, while looking more of a left winger than Jackson, is not going to beat his man for skill. Pace may be his biggest asset. We looked balanced with him there and he is versatile enough to spend time inside or on the right.
He was a little nervy early on; was crossing the ball early rather than trying to get past his man.
However, a decent signing in my opinion and shoud start again against Blackburn..

He was excellent in the first half particularly, looked to attack and take people on and didn't shirk a challenge. More in the Wagstaff mold of winger than the Green but the balance of the midfield was much better today.

  • Wonder if Green's benefitting from no longer having the worst haircut at the club? Wilson signing seems to have done wonders for his confidence

I make you right. I've got a grand riding on it.

Oh what a day , 3 points for the Mighty Reds , had £20 on Fuller to score at 2-1 , 50 minute run while Charlton were playing , lost 8.5 pounds in weight this week , have run for 5 hours this week.

now you can afford a right blinding set of bins !!!!!
Haha very good , i'm trying to lose a heck of a lot of weight , so am eyeing things up , so too speak , for when i've lost the weight , going for 2 stone by Christmas for starters , hoping CP will sign me up in the January transfer window! :-0

  • Congrats to MIA, EastStand and of course our lovely lads .

Decent performance today & no early/easy goals conceded which was a relief. Thought we battled well with a much more balanced midfield . JJ was far more prominent and influential and liked what we saw of Kerkar.

I hold up my hands and admit I was surprised that Ricardo stayed the course and his inclusion played an immense part in the win- massive even ! Everyone worked hard for each other but my MOM has to be the fearless Morro - don't think he put a foot wrong all match.

SO good to travel back home with 3 points safely in the bag . And to hear that our friends from Bermondsey lost again only enhanced the mood .

    Onwards & upwards !!!!
