Why did we not begin the match the way we started the second half? We looked clueless and complaceant from the kick off in the first half. If players are tired then use the squad - that's what it's for. Inject some youth team into the squad to freshen it up. Just because we have a decent lead at the top doesn't mean we can sit back and take a decent footballing team like Notts County (without lee hughes) for granted. Surely Powell must have learnt something from the Colchester match.
We are top if the league, why are so many players having an off day over the past 3 games, Jacko looks injured, Wiggins looked complacent, Hollands looks knackered, Stevens has struggled since coming back and what can you say about Ben Hamers performance today?
Why when the game went stale again around 65mins did we not make a substitution? From being in the ascendancy lack of changes in personnel and formation ensured the game petered out into an anti climax.

Is that he doesn't seem to get subs right enough.
Why wasn't clarke brought on with 15 to go when we're needing two goals?
Only if you are a member but you can join on the night.
Typical Charlton. Lose before one of our meetings and knock 20 people off the "gate" : - )
- how does it feel to be 10 point clear?
- how does it feel to massively exceed expectations in your very first managerial job?
- where do you get your suits from?
Think that covers it.
Because we needed two goals.
Just so I know, which clubs have you managed or coached?
Kap - of course you can question him and of course he gets things wrong. He's inexperienced and learning on the job. That was the deal. But on balance he's getting a lot more right than wrong. I don't think there's anything wrong with people bringing that up.
Our 10pt lead could disappear very quickly if we don't get our act together and I don't wanna be in this poxy league next year like anyone else I'm sure
Why do people do this? We haven't been quick out of the blocks for months now, but we've still done enough and have grown into games. Why do people insist on changing their views on events after witnessing preceding events. If we had defended better for what should have been at least 2 easy-to-deal-with goals and got something from the game, the above words would never have been used to describe our first 10 minutes.
"Surely Powell must have learnt something from the Colchester match". What's that meant to mean? Ridiculous.
I've no problem with constructive criticism, but we lose a couple of games and peoples poopers go and they start talking crap.
