United win, they cherp and sing; as Wednesday warm for battle: The Strigide will outstretch his wing; and defend the fortress, his castle: Charlton will come and come undone; as they start to falter: Soon United will also take them on; blue or red shall not halter: Followed by our local rivals; their church is Galpharm Stadium: They’re praying as they hold their bibles; that Jordan will stay with them: Keeping on and keeping strong Sheffield will take place two and one; where we should be, the scra.ps for thee Terriers, Addicks and Dons.
Right, time to start rousing up the support for this. 7 of us going but haven't bought tickets yet. Will buy on the day unless there's a sudden rise in numbers sold by tomorrow morning. Do we know how many we've sold now and have we got adequate excuses from people as to why they aren't going. This game is big, very big - we broke Huddersfield a few weeks back and now need to break Sheffield Wednesday. I'm a fair weather away supporter but on the scale this one is definitely rain free and sunny. It's the biggest away game of the season so extra effort has to be made. I've had to re arrange quite a bit to get there but it needs to be done. Does devalue a lot of the prattling on about stuff on here if you can't be bothered with this one so come on, 'lets be havin you' - get yourself up there, i reckon there will be well over 2k up there with loads, like us, buying on the day - this will be a 'i was there' game. Don't miss out coz the missus is moaning or money is tight - this is a got to be there game!
Bexley Dan you are 100% right, this is the game that everyone needs to get to if they possibly can, if you only go to one away game this season this is the one
Haha No one can touch us for excuses , feel free to add yours here And none of the boring ones like family committments and skint And len I'll guarantee a full refund to if he can't find a seat where there's no one blocking his view standing up
roll on Saturday .. a nice leisurely cross country drive, breakfast at Meadowhall then into Owlland for the 1st division game of the season so far .. like eveyone else .. I can't wait
Yesterday I spent ten minutes doing the 'predictor' thing in the League 1 section of the BBC Sport website. It scared me to death. (We finished second, but I am naturally pessimistic.)
Still don't know whether to make this the first game I go to alone...
I did that to Stevenage this season for the first time. Your only there to watch football so it doesn't matter who you are with or not with, was okay straight there and then home again just a shame about the result.
Still undecided about this one, might book Valley Express this afternoon but would be going alone

Thinking about it, but would mean going via Valley Express as I'm not driving up there alone

I hope it is EXACTLY the same as our last trip to Sheffield.
