Thought spurs was ok at best. Although I was upper tier and wasn't even allowed to stand on the back row ffs. If it's like sheff utd or brentford this season I'll be happy.
Agreed spurs atmos was very mediocre given the situation, following etc. I have a feeling this will be better though although not as noisy etc as sheff utd / brentford for example as these larger followings obviously Bring a broader cross section of supporters than perhaps the core away support attracts. I have got tix for my mate and his two toddlers, occasional home game attendees, they won't be standing up and belting out valley floyd road!
Any money you like says that there will be at least three different songs going on in the away end at any one time - with the exception of "Come on you reds", which everyone normally joins in with at the same time. Any money you like.
lower section at spurs was good and they let you stand
someone needs to organise a get together of all @7k of us before we go to fulham to practise our songs, choreography & timing...1 of the stands at The New Den on matchday will do as a meeting place
Guarantee the atmosphere will be shit. Full of the sit down brigade who are going to their first game since Operation Ewood or something!
Ps If I buy tomorrow what section will that ticket most likely be in.
Opposed to the great atmosphere you get when the stand is full of drunk teenagers who insist on standing up infront of people who, physically, can't stand for two hours and are abusive and foul mouthed when asked to sit down ?
Wear whatever you like - don't be put off just in case some football factory poser decides you don't look cool enough. It's football, its about supporting your team and having a laugh, not a fashion parade. Lets leave that sort of nonsense to the likes of Millwall and school kids on a wear what you like day.
I did that 20 years ago, like to think i've grown out of it - each to their own though, thats all i'm saying and if the muppets down the road feel they still have to be lacosted and Ralphed up, leave them to it. There's only one winner in that game and it aint the mugs who are paying the ridiculous prices.
Then you can't come on here complaining that we have such a poor away following when those that simply can't stand up for two hours refuse to go, and their families choose to stay home with them.
It would seem we are a lot more like Millwall than I thought!
we are top of the league , sold over 5 thousand for a away cup game, so nothing really to moan about, I know let's start a barney about standing a matches.

Samples not coming back
There's always something to moan about : - )
