So if you are a VIP/Valley Gold Season ticket holders you can only buy one adult ticket and one under 16 ticket, but if you are a season ticket holder you can buy up to four tickets?
Would it not be fair, to let VIP/Valley Gold Season ticket holders to have the chance to buy up to four as well?

Agree. My brother is a VIP?VG ST but has two sons who are neither so he can only buy one of them a ticket in the first run. OK, he'll get them on Wednesday with everyone else so won't miss out but not much of a priority. And it means I can't buy mine now either as wanted one adult and 3 U16s
Can see quite a few being sold in the first 2 days, i'm sure the majority of our season tickets holders have been to 2 away games or more this season. Sold out within a week? or am I being daft.

are you kidding ? We have 8,000 season ticket holders. I must have missed them at MKD, Sheff Utd, Col U etc etc.
Cumulatively we must've taken 12,000 people to away matches this season, obviously there's a core of 750 to 1000 who will have done a lot / most of them, but I'm sure there's a fairly large number of people who pick and choose, I know within my broad circle of several who have only done 2 or 3. I think it's reasonable to think that there are 4,000 maybe more who have done 2 or more away games this season.

so with a combined away crowd totalling about 13000 this season its not possible for say 5000 season ticket holders to have gone to at least 2 of the games.
Never easy to decide how to allocate tickets but as a season ticket holder and supporter of many years, but no longer as now living on the Isle of Wight it seems fairest to allow one ticket to each season ticket holder and all the rest on general sale together .... Just seems a bit unfair to allow a season ticket holder to buy 4 tickets for non regulars/supporters when passionate and keen fans like myself have to wait to see if any left. Hopefully it wont be a problem and will be plenty left though so fingers crossed and cant wait for the game.
I would be suprised if more than half our season tickets holders had been to an away game this season, indeed quite a lot less than that would be my bet
I',m very superstitious so while we have continually been winning away, I have kept away. So I aint been one this season, however as this is the cup I will be going, I will buy 4 off of my season ticket, 4 off of my sons season ticket, and 4 off of the lad I take's season ticket as I have had a lot of people ringing me to get them tickets, as they aren't season ticket holders.

no it isn't. There are probably a thousand who go to every game, bar Hartlepool. Some people pick and choose. Most don't go. I'd be surprised if more than about 2,000 had attended an away game this season. In fact where has our biggest away following been, Col U or Brentford, there's your answer.
Well I disagree I think the main core who go to most games is at least half of that. either way none of us will ever know how many away games our season ticket holder have attented this season so no point guessing really
Going to ring up and get about 20 on Wednesday. Mixture of ages, we'll be likea travelling circus. I'm sure we'll sell the lot - its the perfect tie for us given how bouyant things are at the moment. Sure i read somewhere that they have been known to open up a bit of a side stand to away fans as well if necessary. My boys will be making their away debuts for this one and my eldest who goes to Hurstmere reckons there's loads of kids there talking about going. Home games are good but there's nothing like a top away day for really getting the kids 'hooked'.
Are people seriously concerned that 7,000 tickets might run out...
Yup
I really wouldnt worry. Fulham have their dedicated "neutral" stand as well, so if you dont get one of the 7,000, you're bound to be able to get one in there.

No throughout your whole life, if you've been to 2 away games you can go!
