    Phoned up this morning expecting the normal FA Cup big game circus....not getting through, getting cut off etc. But am pleased to say the phone was answererd straight away and tickets ordered no problem.

    So thats what its like to order from a normal ticket office! Well done to the club for the improvement

    716 sold today - demand was less intense than in the past, but that may reflect the restrictions and number available. It's also why you could get through relatively easily. In these situations we put in all the staff we can and use all the telephone sales points we have, but we will never cope well with massive spikes in demand and neither do they occur often enough for us to invest in the staff and facilities to do so.

    716 on the first day isn't shabby, let's be honest I know they are Premier League but it isn't the most exciting tie for me personally, maybe because I care more about the league. I will get tickets though but not just yet, need to get Orient ones first.

    Somebody posted a picture of a ticket on Twitter yesterday in Section P6 which is the 2nd one as you describe.

    According to my mate who bought ours yesterday our 4 are in the second block P6
