Unbelievable. Anarchy in the UK. Is anyone, like me, worried about The Valley?
of course, but at the end of the day it's a building, I'm more concerned that innocent people may end up losing their homes or maybe even their lives

I think we'd all agree with that Large but it also a building that, after our own home, is the one we have the greatest emotional attachment to.

I need to get an early start in the morning but I know that I won't sleep not knowing whether my club will have a ground when  I wake up. I really, really, hope that's just being alarmist.

A clever looter. He know's how much food prices has sky rocketed over the last year, especially grain and rice. A shrewd investment player.

know what you are saying but as Robbo says more concerned about friends and family who live locally to trouble spots (not that I appear to have any thank God)
  • Ok, I am off to bed.

Bromley has been well defended by police. No fires, minimal damage, youths deterred from violence.

I hope all on here stay safe and that this mess is sorted out sooner rather than later.

That goes without saying Robbo of course it does but the fact of the matter is it's a bloody big target for a scumbag looking to nake a name for himself and it is somehting that we all have in common.

£5 a month can feed a starving family in Africa.
Alternatively you can just go out and fend for yourself

That video of the 8 old bill trying to hold the line on that road and retreating in good order as they get rushed by a mob of 50 scumbags.

God knows what the tactics are or what the senior officers are trying to do, but that takes real bottle standing there and taking that sort of shit. I take my hat off to them. But you have to say, who's idea was it to leave only 8 men to try and hold a big junction like that?
  • Really upsetting. That furniture shop in Croydon has been there for years, I have bought stuff from there and they were really friendly. A small private company destroyed so some kid can get a kick for the night.

It is too easy to be a poor parent in this country and because of mad political correctness schools can't do anything about poor behaviour which means our streets fill up with kids who have dropped out of education and society and have very little moral fibre.

    Bring back National Service.

Feel for the guy who watched his furniture shop go up. Been through 5 generations, through the blitz and then these scum bags show up.

Police need to be given the power to police.

and where exactly are their parents? If parents were made more accountable for their kids actions then that would be a start
