[cite]Posted By: northstandsteve[/cite]Airman, what was the answer to Dave Storry's question re buying a adult ticket with a kids season ticket, is it ok ?
[cite]Posted By: Dizzle[/cite]When can non season ticket holders get a couple? I am not a season ticket holder as i play footie on a saturday afternoon. I get down to as many matches as possible when time allows. Im more than happy for those who have season tickets, 5 year season tickets, valley gold stuff etc to have priority over me, thats only right, thats only fair. I would still like to go though.
I used to have a season ticket but the season of our last in the prem i had to miss due to the fact that i had to either buy a car or have a season ticket. So i missed our last season in the prem
To summarise lol, when can the fans that dont have any priority get a ticket? when do they go on general sale?
In the event the tickets are not sold out under priority two there will be a further phase starting next Monday, which will include other Red Card holders with a purchase history. However, given the historically very high figure under the top tier of restrictions I think they will all go under priority two.
We will have 10 or 11 staff selling when we open tomorrow, but bear in mind that we no longer have sufficient trained staff to cover all the windows AND the phones at the same time, so you are not necessarily going to see all the windows open in the commercial centre however big the queue may be at 9am. Some of the people we are able to call in on a matchday to help are not available in midweek.
The phones are also set to reject calls once there are 20 people in the queue to limit waiting time (and therefore cost). The most anyone waited on the phone last Friday was 20 minutes, according to the system stats, and there were no rejected calls after 11am.
Just got the following text off my mate who's halfway down.
'All heart here, bloke just came out and asked "does anyone want a cup of tea or coffee"?, what a nice touch in this cold weather, until he followed it up with £1 a cup"
[cite]Posted By: Friend Or Defoe[/cite]We're experiencing a high volume of calls, please call back later.
So much for the 20 minute wait, what a joke.
I don't mind waiting, but being told to call back later 1 minute and 45 seconds after I've listened to the blurb 3 times already is a bit annoying. There needs to be a third option to go straight to an operator.

Thanks FoD. I always just hit 2 after hearing 'away ticket sales'. Clearly not patient enough.

When the tickets had more restrictions, today is going to be a lot worse.
[cite]Posted By: roseandcrown[/cite]Has anyone who order there tickets on Friday via phone got them yet?
Yes
Cheers Mate - not yet got mine whihc seems strange as normally get tickets the next day when ordered from CAFC. Maybe just a back log on post due to snow and Xmas.
Comments
Yes.
Re upgrade on the junior ticket to an adult for Spurs, phoned this morning and was told it will be no problem.
Just need the CON Number.

reckons the bloke in front of him had all his season tickets in a carrier bag and they served 10 other people in the time it took to serve just him !

I hit 4 and get cut off!
I'm beginning to think it isn't worth bothering as it will inevitably be an abject capitulation anyway.
Leave it for the coin throwers to enhance the reputation of our glorious club.
Respectable season ticket holders of a certain age appear to be the "wrong type of fan" for the thrusting new Charlton of the 21st Century.
No, still not got mine yet.
nothing like tarnishing everyone with the same brush ay len.
Quite right.
I should have said coin, bottle and bog roll throwers.
Doubtless by the time the Tottenham game arrives other missiles will also be added to their repertoire.
Not yet
Shambles just like last season.
lol
Pathetic.
