Isn't that for the "Footballers that we secretly dote on" list :)
  • Yangzhou - City is nice but everybody living in it man/women and child is beautiful.
Granada - A fantastic compact city, with some amazing sites.
    Cordoba - Obviously.
Trujillo - If the world knew how beautiful this town was there would be a Heathrow sized airport just outside it.
Louang Probang (spelling) - almost became a buddhist it was so nice.
    Cochin and surrounding area.

Could be in both lists but.... I loved Mexico City wonderful sites, best museams in south/central america and full of contrasts (beauty and danger, sadness and hope).
  • You forgot London, Henry.

    York, Sheffield and Chester.

Further afield, I liked Amsterdam, Galway, Cologne, and Navan
  • Ferndale, California

    Luxembourg

    Prague

    Lyme Regis

    LONDON
  • San Diego, San Fransisco, New York.

    Amsterdam, Rome, Oslo, Biarritz

    Croyde, St Ives, Cambridge
  • Greenwich & Blackheath.

I knew you loved it really

Blackheath does nothing for me these days. It seems to have lost that feel that it once had.
  • London
    Edinburgh
Glasgow (if you know where you’re going!!)
Greenwich (I know it’s technically in London – but thought it deserved a special mention)
    Tavistock in Devon

…A little village in the borough of Greenwich really has something going for it, but I just can’t remember it’s name !

Bedford??? When was the last time you went to "crack town"?
  • Portland, Oregon is my favorite city in the US - not so much that it is stunningly beautiful, although it is pretty - it is ju st so laid back and non-chain ravaged at least in most of the downtown core. Great food as well and a major music scene - lucky up here in the NW to have so many interesting places .
  • Stanzach (Austria)
  • Welling.

Has it changed much since I left in 1974 .....?
