It's his team now and whatever you may say about his budget it is still better than the majority of teams in this league and has allowed him to sign players of the quality of Jackson, Docherty, Dailly, Reid, Francis (?), Abbott, Martin, McCormack etc with a few more still to come. There are no excuses now. His players. Let's judge him on performances and results at the end of the season. Unless we are in the bottom three at Xmas, which we won't be, he is going nowhere so accept it for now. We can have an almighty tear up come next May if he ballses up.

Parky has said time and time again, the squad is incomplete, he'll make a couple more signings before the transfer window shuts in 3 weeks time. He's also said he could have filled the squad up already - but is holding on for the right players. At least he seems to know exactly who he wants.
So why are so many judging him purely on the team/squad he has now?
Let's see how the season pans out .....and assess first of all where we are after say 10 matches.
It'll give the team chance to gel and gain all important match fitness. Then that'll give an idea of our true strengths and weakness.
Last season, even well into the winter Millwall were only around the middle of the table - and a strong run lead them into the top 3. Swindon likewise made their promotion challenge start on the back of a very good January.
