you must of been near me aswell JT sat near you at MK aswell

think one of us is stalking the other?
  • Watched the highligts this morning, it looked like a great game.

On the plus side we are creating chances again - on the downside we are not taking them!

On the plus side Randolph is looking like a great shot-stopper - on the downside he looks worse under the high ball than Monty Panesar.

On the plus side we are still proving a very hard side to beat - on the downside we just can't seem to win enough games!

    A couple or 6 observations:

1 ) Couldn't believe that the referee and officials wore yellow shirts and so did the Exeter keeper - how was that permitted????

And there were so many yellow jacketed stewards on the goaline ...... looking across the pitch when there was a corner, no one could tell the difference between all those stewards, the referee, lino or the keeper - just a sea of yellow.

    2) Talking about all those stewards ........ there was some really aggressive/mentally challenged/lacking common sense/outright provocative stewards who went out of their way to cause problems with our supporters.

Why ?....... people just wanted to watch the game, they didn't need to be wound up OTT stewards.

    3) After a while, so many people in our crowd were being antagonised by stewards, their focus on the game was lost.
Even though it was open terrace, there was very little singing, most just standing in silence.

"We only sing when we're winning ....!"

    4) That referee! ....... yet another referee hopelessly out of his depth, even at Third Division level.
Missed so much - punished little niggles yet missed the obvious, totally inconsistant.

    Where do they find them?

    Re; 3)

It reminded me of Jills, with no roof it really is quite difficult to generate any sound whatsoever.

The stewards asked the people in front of me to take their flags down from being hung over the boards at the front. Ridiculous

Always makes it easier for people to spot me JT. Do it on every shirt now because whenever i got players names on my shirt e.g. Di Canio, Parker they left quite quickly

Drunkenly said to my MK Dons mate that I was gonna get Llera on the back of my away shirt but now you mention Yassin....

some of them stewards were shocking but did you see the exeter fan come down have a chat to security whilst pointing to some charlton fans. That short shaven headed tattooed one was extra special... Needs. Grim. Not much atmosphere suprisingly. But the game didnt help. I had fun tho an got a nice pic of frazer bending over in front of me taking a corner. I was almost standing on the corner poor lad.

Take a look at Curb_It's pic above (the one with the smiley fat steward in front of the corner flag) ...... the dwarf Exeter player is trying to climb all over Kyle Reid ...... but I remember no foul was given, just an Exeter throw - which incensed us.

Not only should it have been our free kick, but the ball never went out of play!

Never a free kick all Duffy was trying to do was to wrestle him into touch. What is wrong with that!

There is nothing like standing, hope you enjoyed your day in the good city. However there is some weird people there!

Now I have to sit and watch at the valley on Saturday as I cannot make it to Hartlepool. Good luck.

You can't wrestle a player, DJ ........ if you do, it's a free kick, lol
