Dirty Leeds v Spanners...

  • I'd like a Leeds win , if not a draw .A Millwall win could be catestrophic . Here's why

Whose next up for Leeds ? Norwich ( A )
Whose next up for Millwall ? Stockport ( H ).

Therefore after Saturday a Lions win could well see them in second , whereas if ( the biggest word in the dictionary ) we won at Huddersfield then a Leeds loss or draw against the Canaries would see us close in again remain in front of Millwall who will certainly thrash Stockport.

We would then need to beat Leeds at the Valley to stand a chance keeping us ahead of the Spanners. The reverse score takes the scenario out of our hands completely.
  • [cite]Posted By: BigRedEvil[/cite] They won't get 30/30, even if they did they'd hope that 2 teams have a massive blip where they collect only 10 points from their remaining 10 games, then they might sneak the play offs

Well we've got 9 games left and the form we're in, will we get 10 points from them?
  • If we are in the play offs I would prefer Colchester.

    1) They are rubbish
    2) We will have 75% of the crowd at the away leg.
  • If we make the Play offs i would prefer Colchester or Swindon. Just avoid Millwall or Leeds.
  • Millwall has to be preferable, for the reasons cited above, but I can't bring myself to cheer them on.
  • Millwall fans aren't exactly getting behind their side, just 300 tickets sold for tonight and only sold 1100 so far for Colchester on Easter monday.

If we make the play offs i'm with Southend on this one, has to be Colchester as i think they're the worst team in there plus we'd double their crowd (not that it did much good in the league game though).
  • Jeez what a choice to make, it's like the "Would you rather lose the use of your arms or legs question..."

Shamefully I'm having to go for a Millwall win tonight.
  • We've already sold 1100 for Colchester away on the bank holiday?!?

Got two home games to go before then, should sell a fair few more.

Good to see so many of you getting behind your poorer neighbours tonight....if only for your own personal reasons!
  • Smashed up any Leeds toilets yet ?
  • Have to say Millwall, I feel like we'd have a better chance in the play-offs against Leeds. If not a draw with a few injuries and/or cards like BRE said.

  • leeds will turn back there season tonight on the right track, they will beat them with ease.
  • I don't care if it's a home, away or a draw because unless we start winning our games it won't make any difference.
  • 1-0 Millwall
  • 0-1
  • Millwall playing like a team in form, Morrison looks a cracking player to be fair.

they could be 3-0 up already really
  • Leeds fans booing. How embarrassing.
  • Leeds fans are as bad as us lot. Their team too, if they lose 4-0 that is. :-)

I'll take a Millwall win as much as I hate to say it, they'll start losing sooner or later.

Morison looks good, this won't finish 1-0. :-)
  • Home crowd booing already at Elland Road with only 13 mins gone...:o)

Good job for millwall they had all that money to pay the extortionate transfer fee and his excessive wages.

It's ok we are still 4th.

  • How dare they boo, what awful support.

Only 300 Millwall fans? I know it's a Monday night and silly security but thought they would be knocking the doors down for this one.
  • spanners looking dangerous
  • Just tuned in with my hearing aid and volume on 100, to hear the Millwall fans whisper 'your grounds too big for you'..

most teams grounds are in League One, bar Norwich who are practically Championship now.
  • We sang that at Elland Road too, Atletico

nicho, if I was a spanner, I don't think I'd give money to Leeds for treating me like that. There was only one form of transport possible, picking up tickets at a petrol station and hugely restricted. By staying away, it sends the message to Leeds, Cardiff, Swansea etc that they treat spanners like that to their own cost
  • Barring Leeds' shot just now, Millwall have been by far the better side. Playing with passion, pride, energy and some agression.

    Sigh ....
  • Boooooooooooo
  • Leeds booed off at HT
  • BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
