Sir Clive.. Cost cutter Bexley village, I was getting my junior football team a team a drink after training, his wife and kid/s were in the car outside..... he smiled or was probably laughing at me in my shorts......
Deanno.... getting fish and chips in Bexley village...... getting off the train with his family....
Keith Peacock Old Dartfordians Rugby club bootfair
His son at the BBC, Had a chat with him, suggested he took over with his dad when Curbs left..... In hindsight a cheeky remark but not too bad an idea......
Theo Foley at Sparrows lane, running spurs reserves at the time, my kids were on a Charlton course.
Colin Powell on the same course and came to Old Bexley school to present some football awards, good guy.
Harold Hobbs Landlord at the Valley pub, always seemed grumpy to me , do not think he liked lads with long hair!
The Herminator, walking his kids pink cycle across the Valley car park just before he signed for us, bizzare sight.
Frannie Jeffers.... walking to his car the car park at Bluewater...
Newts: Driving his car too fast outside the training ground Black BMW.
JJ Droped my son off in Blackheath with his girlfriend at the time, to baby sit for them.......
Brian Kinsey outside school waiting for his granddaughter Jade.
Mark Bright, a few times at the BBC.and at Gillingham when Charlton lost in the cup a few years ago.

    in La Rascasse in Beckenham

Mark Aizlewood in the Players lounge during the Selhurst Park days.
Definitely had ambitions to better himself as I recall. Given that, St Andrew's on a Friday night in May 87 must have been a massive kick in the b*llox.

  • Andy Reid - was a regular at Hardys Free House, Greenwich for his final few months. Smashing guy, used to come in late with his guitar. Apparently was interested in buying the place (he has a bar in Nottingham) but was knocked back.

Saw him in there with Paddy McCarthy and Nicky Weaver just after his move to Sunderland was confirmed, I'm told Chris Iwelumo had been in there with him as well.
  • Graham Stuart-Walking along the marina in Villamoura.
Anthony Barness-Walked past me by Cannon Street just after the play off final.
Seen Shelvey and Semedo at Bluewater.
And a couple of weeks ago, my little boy had a minor operation at Lewisham hospital and Zheng Zhi's little boy was on the bed next to ours having a similar operation. Spent about three hours deciding whether it was right to talk to him, given the surroundings and situation, but thought it too good an opportunity to miss especially as his son was clearly feeling better. Thoroughly nice bloke and he and his family made a point of coming to find us to say goodbye before they left.
  • Billy Bonds in Sainsbury's, Chislehurst, this afternoon
  • Semedo and Llera going into the Starbucks at Sainsbury's in Greenwich this afternoon.
