  • [cite]Posted By: LawrieAbrahams[/cite]Only 12,000 tickets for final. Ground holds over 50,000.

[cite]Posted By: Ru1986[/cite]Yea we would of got spanked in Europe no doubt about that.

i'd rather get spanked by barca rather getting spanked in the 3rd division by some 2 bob side like millwall

yeah but at least we have a chance of winning games in this league , it was just so depressing knowing we were gonna lose to man utd, chelsea or arsenal

You both know where to refer to with this rubbish!

Everyone is saying its too small allocation etc but I honestly don't see them taking 12,000. I would of done if Liverpool would of made their final as they would of snapped up half their allocation anyway.
  • Must be gutting for Hamburg fans not being able to see a final in the own stadium. Apparently last night they were selling tickets outside the ground for £250.

Fulham have 10k or so season ticket holders, and they're allocating 4 tickets per a season ticket holder!
  • Fulham fans must've had to re-mortgage their houses this season to afford all of their European trips!
  • Well pleased for them and, if I'm honest, quite jealous as is could just as easily have been us if thigns had been different. After living in Chelsea's shadow for so long it's nice to see them and more particularly Hodgson have a bit of richly deserved success for the way they've played this year. Don't normally support English clubs in Europe as we can in no way identify with the BIG clubs or their supporters but hope they go on to win it.

    They've sold out already.
Cheapest ticket was £50 and most expensive is £135!
  • [quote][cite]Posted By: nolly[/cite]we never made europe because millwall managed to get to a friggin final, something we will never see in our lifetimes[/quote] We've still got a chance of wembley :-)

I mlook at Fulham and think how close we were, the differnce being Al Fayed got their managerial changes right

Oh in that case, fair play. I wonder if we would of sold out that quickly a few years back, I always like to think that our fan base is bigger than theirs.

That's the advantage of having someone that knows about football at the helm

  • They still have hositality packages for sale which is basically a return flight, ticket and hotel for £995!
  • 12,000 is a disgrace in a 50,000 seater stadium. Imagine Liverpool only getting that amount, they would take about 20,000 people without a ticket to Germany.
  • Fulham have sold all 12000 today.
  • [cite]Posted By: cafcdan18[/cite]12,000 is a disgrace in a 50,000 seater stadium.

    Spot on. 12,000 x 2 = 24,000. Who the (hell) gets the other 26,000 - Platini's sodding family?
  • Tonights their night in the spotlight. Cant imagine anyone in UK who wouldnt want Fulham to win this (fulham dont bother chelsea). Just hope they dont get embarrased like Boro did against Seville. Can see Forlan doing the business tho.

    Predictions?

    Im saying 2-0 Atletico Madrid.
  • would not be surprised to see Fulham get a goal so I'm going for 2-1 Athletico (Forlan and Aguero)
  • Where are the Fulham fans coming from?

I know 3 people going to the final and didn't even realise they supported Fulham until this week.

I backed Athletico at 9/2 before Liverpool game so will be cheering for them.

Also I'm sure I'll be corrected if wrong but Athletico have only won 2 games in Europe this season.

LOL the same would happen to us if we ever got as good as Fulham. Fans would appear from everywere.

  • Saw a dutch car with a Fulham scarf come flying past me yesterday evening on the M20 towards Dover.

As long they keep it tight at the back i reckon they can do it. Athletico Madrid have only won 3 times on route to the final!

  • Just put 5 on Konchesky to score.. 60 quid returns :D .
  • I see that little Minx Lily Allen got her mug on tv.

Are all Fulham fans middle or upper class by the way?

We played them in the FA cup this year and it's the only ground I know where you can buy a glass of wine! Who drinks wine at football ?!
