ill be honest i don't usually get choked up by these sort of stories and there are kids all over the world that this is probably happening to, maybe its the football connection but hes 6 years old ffs, this is when life's unfair you have all sorts of wrongun's breathing air, and then there's a little fella like this.
It wasn't this that changed my attitude toward Defoe. The way he dealt with the loss of his half-brother after an assault, father aged just 49 and cousin aged just 21, all over a few short years, was incredible to me.
This was a nice thread about the way Jermain Defoe has handled himself with such dignity, grace & compassion given recent events. Why does every thread on Charlton Life have to turn into utter bollocks??

You are a fine human being, Mr Defoe.
RIP Bradley
Forget all that stuff he did to us when he was a teenager - he's turned into a fine man, and a great footballer, let's celebrate him.
I had hoped that cats would be better with grammar.
More concerned about the fact he's 39 and hasn't scored much in Scotland for the last 18 months or so despite playing for the best team in the league.
