we all need to face up to it the bloke is not good enough his record sucks and he has failed with his objective, Kinsella is and always will be a legend to us but i am beggining to fear that he was put there to create good PR between us and has no real use in the role, i mean his style and commitment isnt really coming through is it.

The Parkinsella thing is a nice gesture but as empty as a our bank account and a bit of an insult to Kins
  • I disagree..Kins has a job to do, Parky had a tough enough job once Pardew left, not to give him a deputy and someone to discuss things with would have made it even harder.
  • ask mike bailey to come back he got us out of div 3 last time, seriously though id look get someone like ronnie moore in he knows the league inside out and we are a big club for him and he also played for this great club.
  • Kins does have a job to do i am not doubting that but it isnt coming through and there needs to be a long look at to who does what and where they sit in the structure,

You can not tell me that if Kins wasnt standing there in his shorts and bellowing from the side the abuse for Parky wouldnt have started long ago
  • Its an interesting point that Kins might be stopping some of the critism becoming too vocal. Not thought of that.
  • And Rob Elliott. God it would be hell without those 2.

I am sorry but I do still see some encouraging signs albeit that the non attendance of Dickson and Shelvey has really tested my feelings. But its no good without points on the board.

Anyone got any stats on how long it takes a good manager to turn things around. Seem to recall Ferguson was a whisker away from the boot at Man Ure.
  • I really do believe that if we get hammered in our next 2 games, just like everybody is forecasting, then Parky will have enough pride & self-respect to leave of his own accord.
  • i don't. I believe he thinks he can turn it around next year.

Erm when did anybody last do that for gods sake. Anyway we are going to beat Reading.

    Roy Keane did it...

We are down all bar the shouting, I don't see the point in another manager leaving before we have someone lined up to replace him.

  • Why does everyone keep saying get rid of him at the end of the season? GET RID NOW!
he is usless, his motivation, tactics, 4 4 poxy 1 1 formation, constantly changing starting line ups, inability to make decent substitutions at the right time etc.etc.

Put kins in charge for the remaining games with the brief that he only needs to play/asses the players he thinks we will need next year.

It will give him the chance to bring some of the youngsters in and loanees that might stay and doesnt commit him or the club to anything long term just yet.

pardky can be paid off with the money we save from the wages of the players on loan we send back tomorrow!
