Whether Parky should go or not is irrelevent at present, we need some form of continuity for Tuesday and he is seen by those who know as the best candidate.
Annoyance, because he's going to try to take us for every penny he can.
Frustration, because this really should have been done after the Barnsley game. Instead we've watsed three games in which we conceded ten goals and scraped one point out of nine.
Deep concern - because the one argument I accepted of the 'Pards must stay' brigade was that there is no guarantee that whoever comes in can do any better with the rather poor team Pardew built.
Huge sympathy - for the young lad from Sunderland who clearly didn't know what he was walking into and is probably on the phone to Uncle Roy right now begging to be allowed to come home...
agreed smudge spot on, you can not hold the 2nd in charge as accountable as the man he reports too, Parky is being tarred with Pardews brush rightly or wrongly
the good news is the majority of people on here have got their own way
Regardless of who takes charge, now it is all the more important to rally 'round the club and support the players and manager (caretaker or not), failing which nothing can even begin to change.
Charlton do things very slowly we always have, the wording needs to right people need to be put in the picture before the announcement it is going to happen soon

I bet the TV vans have all gone home as well, eh?

Relief, most certainly.
Sadness, because it should not have come to this.
