Suppose I've got to give Andy Peake's cameo performance in goal, think it was against Soton if memory serves me right. Wasn't up there with the Brown or Gritt efforts though.

Yep, Nicky Johns was sent off after receiving two yellow cards, both times fouling Danny Wallace just outside the box.

This lead to Bolder making his debut at Man City the following week, we lost 2-1 and both goals resulted from errors made by Bolder.
  • Nicky Johns. I've still got an old tape of match of the day knocking about somewhere where we get dicked 4-1 up at Sheff Weds and he has an absolute blinder and single handedly stopped them getting double figures!!!

It was also the game where Ronnie Moore does a forward roll after scoring our last minute consolation goal - oh and Peter Shirtlff scored for Wednesday!
  • As the post header is 'favourite' it has to be Charlie Wright for the same reasons as Henry posted.

As an aside when Deanos kicks used to go wayward into one of the stands did we boo or just groan. Perhaps we cheered.
