Anyway, you've got your answer now so I guess that whilst you may not be entirely happy with it, it at least is a response outlining the pros and cons on both sides and why in this instance the club doesn't think they can justify what it is that you want to the detriment of the majority of fans. So, that's that then.
I guess what youre actually trying to say between cut and pastes is that you would be happy to send emails to a fans representative of the club and not get any replies.....and by the way, the emails were all sent pre Xmas when we were indeed still an EPL Club and have no bearing whatsoever to the current thread regarding live match coverage as Ben full well knows. What happens if we win promotion this year? Will you carry on using the service the club has forked out for or rely on the free services again? A point which Ben has made but neither you or Lee seem willing to address

Fair point on Valley vision but under 2000 overseas red card holders and remember 2000 was the estimate that Steve Sutherland made to break even on the deal. It didn't include the lose of the lump sum we get from BBC London.

Fans are a disparate bunch of people and to satisfy everybody is an impossible task. It's like being parent governor at a school. Some people think the kids get too much homework others not enough. Which is the "right" answer? The same principal applies to the radio thing with the added complication that much of it is outside the Club's control.
Henry may not be perfect but he is accessible to more "ordinary" fans than any of the previous incumbents.
I define "ordinary" as those fans who are not members of the formal supporters club and / or branches.

Its all about the approach you take. As I suggested to you before, if you were a little more adult in your approach, perhaps people would be more open to helping you out. The fact that you feel you need to imply that Im arse licking Ben simply confirms teh assumptions Ive come to about you.
