My life. Just watching the England v France "game" on BBC. Reminds me of watching an Under 13's match or something.

ha ha. It was a good goal, fair play, but you're absolutely right. Was like a comedy dive.

What really lets this down is the keepers. For some strange reason they seem completely inept in this position. England's (american) keeper was pathetic in her attempt to stop France's late equilizer. If that was a bloke playing like that, the crowd would be up in arms.

good luck to the girls if they want to play football and rugby and all the other manly games.

But for the BBC to pay money for the rights to this rubbish is ridiculous

I'm waiting for the apologist to come on here and make excuses for them.

If this was Charlton we were watching we'd all be slashing our wrists.

Ironically my wrists are otherwise engaged watching.....every cloud ;-)

"great strike" says the commentator, as our bird blazes a one on one wide and doesn't hit the target.

    Yeah, well done love.

The problem is that ability-wise, it's on par with men's amatuer football without the physical side to the game which makes it stale and a bit of a non-event.

With this standard of goalkeeping, the penalty shoot out could technically, go on all night.

Is it just me, or does the England keeper commit herself way too early?

  • Is it just me, or does the England keeper commit herself way too early?

Yeah that's due to low self esteem and and naievity thinking every smooth talking bloke is Mr Right.
