PWR. Watched the stream .... what a fantastic performance by Macca, cut out so many attacks and scored too, and Carey was great again. Fantastic result really, NJ must be delighted. COYR.
  • Can’t remember us playing our game so well. Jones completely outclassed McKenna tactically. Everyone of those players put their bodies on the line today. Hero’s
  • First class away win. Love the passion this team shows.
NJ got it spot on again.
Not sure where this might all end up but I am just starting to think what might actually be possible this season with a couple of classy signings in January? AND - I take back my thinking about TC and Leaburn - both superb when they came on. So proud of the club after so long in the doldrums. Well done.....

Did not see that coming at half time. Sky commentators was rabbiting on about all the quality at Ipswich that they had two first choice starting line ups in their squad.
Talking about their strength in depth … well, turns out that ours isn’t too shabby 😀
  • What a team.

We know how to defend and we work so hard when we don’t have the ball.

    We’re always in the game.

What a change from 10 months ago!

If it hasn't already been pointed out, substitute keeper Walton conceded four at the Valley when Dobbo got the last minute equaliser.

What an outstanding performance from absolutely everyone. NJ’s quote that we are on a journey this is not the destination! Just might not be words of a totally crazy loon lol the players also seem to be on a mission and stranger things have happened.

this isn’t a dig in anyway but TC looked so much better coming on against a tired defence please NJ let him come on and not start for a few games and his confidence will rocket

  • Oh dear... Never mind... To be fair that is almost impossible for the Lino to spot, and might be like that Japan / Germany scenario at the World Cup

That’s an absolutely amazing result. I was so pessimistic before the season started but we’re thriving!!

  • And the linesman is almost right opposite!

We got away with one there.

Nah, curvature of the ball is clearly on the correct side of the pitch!

I can't imagine Millwank will keep going with that 0GD that's usually mid/lower table goal diff.
They had one bad result against Coventry who spanked them.

Given that the goalposts were wonky and not level with the line, I think Ipswich need to own that one 😝.

We looked a little behind the pace in the opening fifteen minutes of the first half. No one wanted to get on the ball when we had a chance and it was as if it was a game of hot potato. Except Sonny Carey, who was brave and up to it the mad bastard. Then in the second we were lobbing grenades left, right and center. They couldn’t cope!
    He’s a Norwich lad right?
He is. His family all still live here. Was released by Norwich and played for Kings Lynn before Blackpool picked him up. Some player.
And Wroxham. Went to Langley School due to NCFC academy deal.

Proper Norfolk boy. Bet his family extra enjoyed that.

My train is just about to arrive to Norwich. Its mostly full of grumbling Ipswich fans
