Another away game where I am sat with the home fans due to a bug with my fan ID leaving me stuck on 10 points, even though I should have over 500.
I only seem to be able to use my loyalty points when I use the ticket office at The Valley, since the staff are aware of the issue. But I couldn't get them on Tuesday and not living anywhere near London makes it impossible to get them on non-match days.
At least I have a better view for this one.1 -
So how long have you been waiting for the ticket office to correct the error and when did you last "chase them" on the matter?Eric10 said:Another away game where I am sat with the home fans due to a bug with my fan ID leaving me stuck on 10 points, even though I should have over 500.

I last discussed this with them at the Reading game. I have basically had to start over with a new fan ID for the remaining games as they can't assign purchases from one fan ID to another.Covered End said:So how long have you been waiting for the ticket office to correct the error and when did you last "chase them" on the matter?
Unfortunately, this new fan ID won't do much for me until next season as I am already a season ticket holder.0 -
That’s not right, can’t due to IT system or won’t?Eric10 said:

I wouldn’t let this one go without a fight, their system is failing you, its up to them to put it right, very basic customer service14 -
They have said "can't". Something went very wrong with my initial account, to the extent that, when I log in, I can't view or edit any of my account details, purchase history or anything. Any purchases made through that fan ID don't acquire points. Although somehow, purchasing two tickets for a game last season gave me the only 10 points I have.DA9 said:That’s not right, can’t due to IT system or won’t?

Any idea when we will know if this gets moved to 12:30. Seems like a pretty likely candidate0
-
Cheers. Guess it depends if they factor in the small risk of Orient getting through in the FA Cup but would expect this to be moved given we are both in form and it’s a London ‘derby’NabySarr said:

How does it work with the loyalty points, do season ticket holders just get a set amount at the start of the season? Then any away games add say 10 points? I purchased 2 tickets for Orient but my score never changed.0

It won’t change until the game is played and finishedWillmoreTheRed said:How does it work with the loyalty points, do season ticket holders just get a set amount at the start of the season? Then any away games add say 10 points? I purchased 2 tickets for Orient but my score never changed.2 -

230 points for a season ticket, 10 points for an away game and I think 5 points for cup games. It counts this season and last seasons gamesWillmoreTheRed said:How does it work with the loyalty points, do season ticket holders just get a set amount at the start of the season? Might just be a delay in them being added to your account1 -

@Eric10 I’d contact one of the Fan Advocates or whatever they’re called to take forward on your behalf. Quite simply, I can believe a system adjustment or workaround cannot be applied to someone’s points totalEric10 said:

Orient selling tickets, you have to register an account but other than that you can go ahead and buy a ticket.

I'm amazed that anyone thought our game would be televised in preference to Birmingham v Wycombe and Wrexham v Bolton.4

A strike has been called by ASLEF that will mean no Elizabeth Line trains will run on this day, also due to planned engineering work there will be no service on the DLR from Woolwich Arsenal.

Is it right to assume DLR between Woolwich and Bank will run that day? Can change then at Canning Town at least to get to Stratford for the Central Line.clive said:A strike has been called by ASLEF that will mean no Elizabeth Line trains will run on this day, also due to planned engineering work there will be no service on the DLR from Woolwich Arsenal.

Or, all down to N Greenwich for the Jubilee Line to Stratford instead.0 -
No, although the link is badly worded it appears the works are affecting Canning Town, hence no trains between Beckton & Poplar.TelMc32 said:

So you could get a Southeastern train to Greenwich & change onto the DLR to Stratford or head to North Greenwich by bus for the Jubilee line.1 -
Why are they not charging the home fans £32 for the same stand or even the one oppisite. Thought that was a rule?ElfsborgAddick said:Orient selling tickets, you have to register an account but other than that you can go ahead and buy a ticket.0 -
In fact they are charging home fans £15 to sit on the same side as us.0

As discussed on page 2 of this thread £15 is only for Under 18s. Adults are £32.Nicholas said:In fact they are charging home fans £15 to sit on the same side as us.4 -
Those routes feel congested. Anyone who fancies a quieter more interesting route could try the riverboat, rb1 or rb5 from North Greenwich or Woolwich to Barking Riverside (contactless etc accepted), then overground (4 stops) to Leyton Midland Road, which is then about a mile walk to the ground. That's really quick too from Woolwich.clive said:

I bought 2 in the home end in the east stand (same stand) for me and daughter as I could not get an away ticket. £32 for me £15 for my daughterNicholas said:In fact they are charging home fans £15 to sit on the same side as us.2
