The worry is that is CM will see this as justification for further increasing home ticket prices next year 😆
In a fan focussed world there wouldn’t be different category of matches and relatively flat pricing. But hey that might actually attract a few more sales but the money men won’t do it.
I've always believed we should charge away fans the same as they charge us.
I don’t think we’re permitted to without having to charge our own fans in the equivalent part of the stadium the same price.
Orient don’t seem bothered by that ruling. Highest price for home fans in £27 and in the stand where they put away fans (East Lower), they are only charging their own fans £15!

Leyton Orient’s pricing reflects scarcity (although they have created it by segregating the stand). I don’t defend it but I can see why they do it.
One thing that has always been true at Charlton is that if you force up prices more people stay away. Seen it multiple times at different levels. And there is no scarcity.

Yep…I asked the site to show prices high to low and didn’t click into each stand afterwards. Odd that if you do that, those higher prices don’t show up. I’ll delete my original post,
£32 to get in and £19 for the coach. I had to double take. This is treating the fans as mugs and if ever there was a match to boycott, this it. Dont be taken for a mug.

Look at our prices for a seat along the side and comparable.
I've bought Valley gold for a month - anyone know if that'll work to bump myself up to Phase 5? How long does this application process take...
Worst case hopefully I get a try at the crossbar thing at halftime before my knees go.
need to pay 3 months worth I think.
That was a waste of £10
Do what I did - ring Valley Gold and make a lump sum payment so that you are ahead of the 6th month rule
I've just spoke to them now and got it refunded £60 extra on top of Orient's £32 is a steep away ticket - I will pray it makes my phase if not in the home end it is.
Did you actually think paying a tenner would get you access to valley gold tickets ? And then you asked for it back ?

Although there fans are unhappy too, as FA Cup games are usually £10 adult and £6 child. City game they've increased prices to £37 adult and £18 child.

That is blatant profiteering by Orient - shame on them

I did actually think that and they did actually refund it.

Going to be expensive for fans & queues tomorrow night at the Ticket Office, I guess.
Admin- May I suggest a sticky for these otherwise some might miss the announcement especially as Brum is at short notice. Thanks.
Hopefully I don't get shafted by the pole, ooh err

Shouldn’t set you back more than £10

£19 for the coach is a bit strong tbf.
