I thought McGuane was more of a holder along the lines of Doc and Cov than a Berry replacement. Very tidy player though and I wouldn't complain if he did come in.1

He's had a very nomadic career , came through at Chelsea and was loaned out all over the place , then had a brief stint in MLS before stints at Exeter and Burton in this league. Did look very solid.0 -

Sadly I think Small will be gone soon. If there’s any truth in the Preston NE link and there’s money offered I can see that happening. If not I think he’ll walk in the summer. He’s been in no rush to sign a new deal and hasn’t really knuckled down or shown much loyalty wherever he’s been. He’s what ? 20 ? His next club will be his seventh I think.
