Heard we are not really in for project type of players, unless we can get gem on a free somewhere.. Looking at players that have experience and at a decent age!
Yeah I was a bit surprised to see his name mentioned as I would be a bit surprised if we filled out our quota of loans this season , everything NJ has said sounds more like he wants permanent signings he can really build around.
Definitely there was a buzz around him at Forest and when he went to Burton for the second half of 22/23 but he just hasn't kicked on. If the fee isn't too ridiculous then I'm all for taking the chance on him.0 -

I do also like Luca Connell from Barnsley but think that's a target that will be way out of our league.0

I'd like Cadden, Edun looks out of sorts, and there's a bit of uncertainty around Small. Cadden is a dead ball specialist and we don't even have one decent set piece taker imho.
Decante, not too sure on. Started the season electric, then completely faded as the season went on, 1 goal in his last 18 or so appearances:

Not a rumour but I think Dejuane Brown will make an impact at L1/L2 level - young striker who made a big impact at Gateshead on loan from Derby this season. 10 goals in 22 appearances and VNL Player of the Month in March.0

I seem to remember Cole missing a couple of chances when we beat them 2-1 at The Valley, and the fans just found a scapegoat to blame the result on, truth is the game was closer than the score gives, and could have gone any way...1

Cadden of Barnsley has not been retained by them, he’s a top left wing back whenever I’ve seen him. Surely an option if we do sell Small.1

I think there is a possibility we've got used to the club being very leaky and that might reduce under NJ, he seems to play cards very close to his chest and I wouldn't want to piss him off!6
