    Cracking read this thread with some great laughs but blimey some of you can tuck it away, some of those plates contain enough food for two people.

    I am sure I read somewhere recently that criss crossing sprouts isn’t necessary.
    Youtube is also full of advice to air fry sprouts (and other vegetables).

    I’ve seen the same advice but I still criss cross the sprouts in case its wrong 🧐

    Sprouts should not be crossed. Just over cooks them and takes the flavour away.

    Just caught up with this, fuck me there are some funny “spit your tea out” comments.

    Main take-away from me is the surprise that some people appear to have as few as two roast potatoes on the plate. Best bit for me and usually have 5/6.
