    Oh, that’s hilarious.
  • Decent second half from West Ham, they have made Chelsea look ordinary

Sums up Mendy's day. He's had a stinker.

I'm loving seeing Chelsea screw up.
Putin's bitch will sack TT if Chelski finish 3rd because that's what he does.

This is all lovely and everything, but Chelsea will simply sign Rice as they did with Parker before him, and then they will win everything, because we live in a bad world

Agree with Joe Cole,  every keeper would expect a cross from there and Mendy who I hadn't seen make a mistake before today has paid a high price for running over a black cat.

Not saying it’s necessarily a bad thing, but this Lino in the Wolves Liverpool game has twice flagged a wolves player offside before giving him the chance to attack the goal. At least one of the decisions was marginal. I thought they weren’t supposed to be doing that?

Bernardo Silva….best player in the league?

Odd one how he was really good two years ago, pretty average last season then so good again this year.

Mad that he wanted to leave in the summer but no suitable teams came in for him.

I think Salah is a better forward but Bernardo the better all round player.
The fact he can play false 9, out wide attacking mid or even holding. Ideal for City and their collection of players that he can fit in wherever needed and still give a man of the match display

Chelsea losing it, injuries and strange selections are taking their toll

And then brought De Bruyne, Mahrez and Jesus off the bench.

No way does the keeper have that under control/in possession of the ball.

That being ruled out as a foul and that Schmeichel had it under control is absolute nonsense.

Premier League referees are the worst elite refs in any sport. Paid the most too.
  • Konsa scores for Villa
  • Konsa recreates JJ v QPR and is now on a hat trick
  • The rule is that the ball has to be controlled between one hand and a surface, which can be the ground

Exactly so no goal despite all the experts on here. Still harsh though.

The rule is that the ball has to be controlled between one hand and a surface, which can be the ground

A goalkeeper is considered to be in control of the ball with the hand(s) when:

    • the ball is between the hands or between the hand and any surface (e.g. ground, own body) or by touching it with any part of the hands or arms except if the ball rebounds from the goalkeeper or the goalkeeper has made a save
    Notice the exception.

It’s going to depend on whether the exception applies to the conditions after the “or” statement or to both parts.  Really needs clarification.

Another game, another terrible decision from a 'top' referee.
