Come on Rotherham!

First they got their points deduction halved, then Derby lost 6 games in a row when just 1 more point would've relegated Wednesday, then Forest missed a penalty which would've beaten Wednesday and sent them down.
Hope that Rotherham pull off a surprise win and Derby v Sheff Weds is a draw so they both go down.8 -

That would have been a proper punishment.12 -
Derby v Sheff Wed on Sky this Saturday... No real surprise0

I want the Wendies to go down even more than I do Wayne Rooney's Derby. But it would be a bonus if both did.
Wednesday should have been relegated last season and should already be down this season, but have been let off twice!11 -
Both clubs are cheats and deserve to be relegated and would be in a mess next season as a result. Unfortunately Rotherham have had ample opportunity to get themselves out of trouble and haven't don't it. They won't get anything at Cardiff. Would love to be wrong but reckon Derby will be safe.1

I can see Wednesday beating Derby. They have gone into freefall. Not sure I can see Rotherham beating Cardiff so I'd make Wednesday favourites to stay up.4

Wednesday are 3-1 to stay up, which I think is a massive price.

If you fancy the Massives to stay up then do that double.6 -

While it's understandable, I would not worry as people are about these 'big' clubs in the third tier with us next season. Sunderland are a good example of why this concern was always overdone, and its going to become even more true, as the financial reckoning of Covid with football has barely started. If a club is badly run, it doesn't matter how big it is. The money still runs out, especially when you've already floggeed your ground and have no other dirty tricks left to play. Bring 'em on, I say, and once again we will have more problems beating small but well run clubs like Lincoln and Accrington.9

Excluding Wycombe who I think will struggle next season, I think Derby would struggle the most next season out of Wednesday and Rotherham as they would have shift some big names players on big wages very quickly. It’s normally the teams who have weak championship squad because of paying poor wages are successful when they dropped down because they are league 1 players. Hull City had Magennis & Wilks etc.
Hoping Rotherham stay up as I think they are most likely to be the strongest out of the 4 clubs.8 -

^ gave me a good laugh that, thanks. 👍1

Would quite like to watch it but can't bring myself to pay for a day pass for a non Charlton match. What's the best place for non water related streams these days?

Relegations are never the same without seeing supporters crying within the stadium. Thankfully, no tv cameras were on me when Barnsley scored in the 94th min last year.1

What @Prague said. If this was true them it would be us, Sunderland, Ipswich and Portsmouth in some dramatic 4 way fight for the top. In the meantime, hellp Peterborough, Lincoln, Oxford, Blackpool...0

On Sky, find a boozer.

If using a PC / Laptop make sure you have an Ad-Block1 -
Looking forward to this game.
No way will 22 players be left on the pitch after 90 minutes.1 -

Quite often you will end up going for the same players, all 4 clubs have a lot of players out of contract in the summer. I would feel more confident if our main recruitment rivals were Oxford, Blackpool and Lincoln. All other things being equal.
I think you could make a very good, educated guess now as to what the top half of league 1 will look like next season now and we don't even know who will be in it yet.
It's really hard to say how Derby or Sheffield Wednesday will do if they are relegated. It depends what happens off the pitch.

Whichever one of them goes down ( or even hopefully both ) I think they will really struggle even to the extent of going down again. With their wage bill and debt pile they will have to have a fire sale and sign cheap alternatives. If they try to maintain anything like their current expenditure it will finish them1

I’ve had a punt on this:
Sheff Wednesday to beat Derby.
Rotherham to draw.
Seeing sheff wed safe, just feel they’re jammy enough to get out of it.
Rotherham staying up would be great they are the yoyo team who will always compete in league one.0 -

I agree. Even more so that Mike Dean is the referee for the game today.1 -

I've taken @bobmunro's advice and done Cardiff double chance plus Wendies to win, all in the hope that I lose the bet. Rotherham win and a draw between the cheats would be ideal, but Rotherham have had chance after chance and blown the lot so I cant see them getting anything out of Cardiff today, sadly.
