No knowledge of him but if he’s young and quick and is a forward of some sort, then that ticks a box we are desperate for5
-
From what I can see he's 5'9" and right footed but seems to get deployed on the left but also up front in youth football. He has captained the U23'sfairly recently.
Of the youth team footage I've seen he looks to be pacy, a good finisher and very much a team player. When he scores he embraces his team mates and praises the assist-giver rather than it all being about him. I personally really like that trait in a player.
Whether he is what we are looking for remains to be seen but, as said previously, we all disregarded Conor Gallagher before seeing him play....

Unless Bowyer changes his defensive mindset ( he won't)
We shall have no chance of promotion this season.
In fact I have already written this season off.
Next season is a different matter. With a good summer transfer window under Mr.Sandgaard I expect us to walk league one next season.
Wheather Bowyer will be here to oversee this I have no idea. Was only a few weeks ago you were predicting we would go the rest of the season undefeated.😂2 -

That’s a couple of times this has been raised and I can’t understand why. I’ve re-read the first three pages / 100 comments on Gallagher’s signing and I can’t see a single comment that disregarded the signing. Everyone was really encouraged.Swisdom said:

I’ve heard that he’s quicker running backwards than forwards which is great as when defending he’s always on his correct foot - that clinched itstoneroses19 said:

In all honesty following the 2nd half display against Wimbledon (I was there ).
We had Williams and Maddison on the pitch together and we were playing attacking football.
It worked
Since then Bowyer hasn't tried it once14 -
Blackpool, I worshipped at your optimism, say something positive to keep me onboard. Iv lapsed and now feel not going down is best we can hope for.blackpool72 said:

That sidjamesfanclub fella lost his goddamn mind when we signed Gallagher. He gets very upset when we bring loans inAFKABartram said:

I asked a Liverpool fan I know about Millar.
- He's been doing ok this season, probably his best for them.
- Feels he was never seen as much of a prospect and doesn't have a high ceiling - can't see him making it in the top flight.
- See's him as a wide forward rather than a winger or poacher.
- Works hard but not particularly technically gifted.
- Sounds like he's mobile but not quick in the way someone like Doughty is.
- Doesn't score enough goals (see screenshot below).
- When I mentioned Eccleston he said Millar looks less exciting but perhaps he's a late bloomer. Has been on loan before so at least has some first team experience.

On that description, not what we need but Premier League fans have a different expectations of players to those of us stuck in League 1.Worth remembering that Leko, and there are other examples, was not highly rated by West Brom fans, but he won most of us over.5 -

I am wondering if we're better going after kids from Arsenal, Chelsea and West Ham seeing they're not being up rooted from home as well7 -
