FFS, terrible final over. What was Robinson trying to do there, when he only needed to push a single

I can see why. 3 off 2 is ok but the danger is that a slower ball, for example, is missed and then it’s 3 off 1 which is trickier. 3 off 2 is equivalent to 180 off 20 overs so not surprising that it’s challenging.oohaahmortimer said:

Agreed - it was the 3 off 4 that was the key but it takes a strong mindset to take a single off each ball as opposed to trying to win it with one hit. There's also the element of, in trying to do it one a time, passing the buck onto your partner as if you're not capable of winning it off your own back and of course the glory of winning the game with that one hit.0 -
