Another fantastic 90 minutes from Cullen, who no doubt will play another 90 against Millwall. He is a special talent at our level, and I would not be shocked to see him play in the Premiership next year.36
-
Outstanding against the top 6, unbeaten in 10/10 games.25
-
Superb shift from everyone,if West Ham have 22 players better than Cullen, then I know sod all about football.27

Unfortunately they've conceded enough prior to the lockdown, thankfully we've now got a dependable midfield back which is helping them outLeuth said:
I didn't expect us to concede many playing Lockyer, Pearce and Sarr ahead of Phillips - that's a very dependable defensive unitsuperclive98 said:Huge point and totally unexpected considering the changes made to the line up.
Means that Bowyer has been able to get us organised in a fashion we've not really seen since October6 -
If we only managed to average a point per game for the next games, it should be enough.SomervilleAddick said:I’ll take crap 0-0 games for the rest of the season. That would be enough to keep us up.

Has Bonne ever won a header against a center half?7
-
I thought Pratley was better today than against QPR - he didn't really misuse the ball0
-
Dreadful game, one of the worst i've seen anywhere since football resumed.
However you can't fault the hard work and effort, and it's a great point against a play off chasing side and now 3 straight clean sheets.
Still unbeaten against the top 6 this season.
What has Williams done to upset Bowyer though? Man can't get even a 10 minute cameo these days.2 -

Decent point, hopefully Leeds now stuff Luton and Wigan draw with Stoke, keeping them both involved.1

Totally agree and said this before lockdown. It was never the defence, it was the fact that the midfield just didn’t protect them which was the reason we were conceding so many.ForeverAddickted said:

Just hope we dont lose Field now because him and Pratley rotating was one of the key areas in Midfield3 -
Performances don’t matter, results do. That’s a bloody result.15
-
Don’t know whether I’d prefer wigan to win to keep stoke down and wigan nothing to play for when they play us.7
-
Fulham just gone 2-1 up at QPR after 75 mins, to keep QPR on the edge of the relegation struggle.

I suspect the Field substitution affected Bowyer's plans, as he probably planned for Field to last the 90. A shame Aneke had to go off, as he was really dangerous whereas Green was anonymous in the second half10

First Half I thought the performance was our best of this mini-seasonmasicat said:Performances don’t matter, results do. That’s a bloody result.
Second Half was our best performance as a defensive unit - Barely gave them a sniff at goal6 -
Very happy with a point, if we could somehow grab a win v Millwall or Brentford we should be within sniffing distance.
3 games
7 points
0 conceded
Plenty of rotation so a fresh squad, probably more so than others.
Great re-starts.
Just can't believe that with 6 games to go there is not at least one but usually 2 teams adrift. Mad season.5 -

Problem is I can't see where a goal for us us coming from. Probably need another 2 wins & that will have to come from the defenders from corners as before because the forwards are pony. Bonne our if his dept. Green is more a winger (even then he's average) & Chuks is powerful but lacks a finish.5 -

Wigan to win for me, they can be on the beach by the time they face us as dont want to go to Leeds looking for a result should we need toNorthern_Monkey said:Don’t know whether I’d prefer wigan to win to keep stoke down and wigan nothing to play for when they play us.3 -
He'd have been kicked all over the pitch.Chris_from_Sidcup said:Dreadful game, one of the worst i've seen anywhere since football resumed.

Credit to Oshilaja. Gets some stick but I believe that’s the 5th different position he’s played for us this season, and he’s been decent every time. Definitely the type of player you want in the squad.35
-
Great point against a side with pace and strength.

Great draw. Poor Game . Who cares. 5 more points should be enough. Cullen was immense as usual. Another clean sheet for Phillips .1
-
Delighted with a point.
Concerned with the lack of open play chances / goals, but that’s a worry for another day.
Last season you would have stayed up with 41 points. Going to be a huge going down total this year. Every point is vital21 -
Did you know that The Boogie Man checks under his bed every night to see if Pratley is waiting under it.stoneroses19 said:

We played a back five for the entire game?sammy391 said:Great point, another to the tally! My mantra for these 9 games is and was “Just don’t Lose” - and it’s working!Disappointing to see us really sit back and lose complete control , when the changes were made - felt green stayed on too long, and going to a back 5 was suicidal! Could have pushed on had it not been changed - although I understand that Aneke had to go off (although he looks a lot stronger ability wise than Bonne)
onto Friday!0 -
Cullen was absolutely immense, especially in the first half. The ball just seemed to stick to Aneke - looked like he would play well with a certain un-named individual. Absurd save yet again from Dils.
Can't remember the last time I was so happy with a 0-0. We don't need to worry about others picking up points if we keep doing the business.9 -
A selection of comments from the match thread ......... all from the same poster - but can you guess who???
- Shit a brick. I think my 2-0 win with Bonne & McGeady scoring has gone up in flames. Shit midfield with no creativity. Will change my prediction to a 3-0 defeat.
- Might need it as the starting 11 is pony.
- Lapslie runs about like a headless chicken. No skill & no creativity
- So fucking annoying. Keeps pausing. Havent seem a single second of the game so far I want my money back.
- Green is another 1 footed player
- Ffs !!! I dont mind players shooting.....but Lockyer ??
- So much possession, so little threat.
- Again.....get up the pitch & then run out of ideas.
- Yet another wasted corner. And you're telling me we practiced that crap.
- Being hampered by having Lapslie at RB.
- That passage of play sums us up. Doughty breaks away & stop on the edge of the box. Passes between Cullen, Lapslie & AN other leads to nothing.
- Yet another wasted corner.
- They've brought in good dangerous players in Hoillet & Tomlin. Expect one of them to score
- Another wasted cross
- Where is everyone...?? Cant sit back
- What is Green doing...?
- Worse than us.
- More weird substitutions. Looks like we are going for 0-0.
- Stupid foul. Not soft.
- Bonne is useless. Just ran into the players.
- Good result.
