    Quite happy with the draw from a Selby point of view, looking at the winners groups if he gets through his group he will play in a group with the winner of groups

    So only Mark Allen is the real danger that stands in Selbys way of reaching the final group, if Selby plays well

    Again just for your benefit @johnnybev1987 should Ronnie top his group, he will move on to a winners group that involves the winners of

    So you are probably looking at Bingham, Perry and Carter, so a tougher route into the final group if it pans out that way

    So Williams isn't coming over from Wales

    Murphy isnt coming over from Ireland 

    Higgins, Dott and Maguire not coming down from Scotland

    Guessing Ding, Bingtao, Yuelong, Xintong, Guodong and Haotian are all home in China atm as they are all currently top 32 players so I am sure would normally play, as they try to play most things

    Same as Thepchaiya, guessing he is in Thailand

    Interesting list there, thanks for Ronnie's route surprised he is playing really. Could be a tough one to call,  a great chance for  some lower ranked players or is it non ranking? Looking forward to this shouldn't really matter too much no crowd.

    Wasn't really fair to those who literally couldn't make it, if it was ranking especially as with only the World Championships left tour survival could rely on it.

    I am thinking of someone like Luo Honghao who is 65th(but with Peter Ebdons Retirement is technically 64th) and about £250 above Joe O'Connor, would be harsh to see Luo lose his tour card because he was stuck in China, whilst Joe could play

    Based on your thoughts Selby has been practicing and easy path. 8/1 looks good i'll stick a tenner on it :)

     Was surprised Neil Robertson doesn't have a table at home.



    Tweeted that yesterday and you can clearly see he is in a club, means he hasn't been practicing the last couple of months so he will be abit cold.

    As Selby said in the interview I sent you people with a table at home will have a slight advantage now as they have been able to practice the last 2 months.

    Also Trump and Ronnie lets face it there natural talent means  they dont really need to practice lol

    Look forward to this, going to series link it so i dont forget. Should be good , glad to have snooker back on our screens. So hard to pick out someone tbh, i agree Ronnie and Trump are so natural they could just turn up, not sure they would put the practice in others would. Well see hopefully the majority have tables, i think i read something saying most do. Very surprised Neil doesn't, love watching him so hope he does well still.

    Not many

    Probably people like Doherty maybe, but even they probably use a club.

    Even inside the top 32, lots of them still use clubs, but as I say was very surprised Robertson used a club and didnt have his own table.

    Glad Selby has his own table tho means he has been able to practice the last couple of months

    Can I ask anyone who is reading this, if the are happy with the way I am updating results and table for this format.

    Obviously its a brand new format so its a different way if updating for me.

    It's quite funky but given the format not really sure what you can do. Good to see the table with every result.

    Thats what I was thinking wasnt really sure what to do with the format lol.

    Glad adding the table is a good thing and will keep that up going forward
