Luca Brecel 5 Points Jack Lisowski 5 Points Oliver Lines 3 Points Robbie Williams 2 Points
Luca Brecel and Jack Lisowski both finished on Level points and level on frame difference as they drew 2-2 Brecel tops the group as he had the highest break of the group between the 2 players with a 138
Looks ridiculous lol, he knicked the 2nd frame there. Have him to win the group was kind of accepting he needed a bit of luck with other results. Chen looks dangerous, kind of regretting backing Day to beat him later...
Went in on level Points and level on Frame difference so whoever won would top the group, if it was a draw it would be the highest break of the day(which before the match was Wilson with 88)
Frame 1-Day won with a 91 break Frame 2-was also won by day
So now Day had the highest Break of the day it meant Wilson needed to win the last 2 frames and get a break over 91
Frame 3-Wilson won with 111 break to make it 2-1 Day but Wilson now has the highest break so a draw is enough for him
Could be a good one today toughish group for Selby and the way its going so far this week who knows.
Pleased Chandler got through yesterday though, good to see young players do well. I quite like Joe Connor, also Wembo, so split loyalties today and the bet on Selby lol
Shame Wilson couldn't win that last frame after making the highest break the frame before that would have been good, glad the Alfie Burden stopping the black didn't matter (as i said to Paulie i really wasn't a fan and even though probably no bad intentions made me think less of Alfie)
I just read an interview with Ronnie, its on Ronnie147.com, on my phone so cant copy link... basically it says he has asked if he can bring his own food as he doesn't want to risk other peoples cooking, this is far IMO. He does say if he turns up and the conditions aren't what he expects he will leave, not sure the likelihood and that is a worry. Hope it doesn't happen, by the sounds of it the Snooker authorities have been top notch, even seeing them swap the chairs in between matches. Also the rests keeping to their own corner.
Cough* Selby wins first game 3-1 played quite well just missed a century but 3 breaks over 50, On the 2nd table GG kicked off with a win 3-1 beat John Astley.

All the players and commentators are talking about how great it has been and how many precautions are in place so would be very surprised if anyone pulls out due to that lol
