Looks like there is still a loan outstanding to Roland though which isn't good news.

Is there going to be a light show outside Duchatelet's house and a commemorative 50p issued to mark the end of this thread?

So ESI now own the Leaseholds of The Valley & Training ground as we had assumed.

Staprix have an outstanding loan to ESI which is secured by a debenture. 

If my lifetime of banking serves me well, that debenture is a second charge, which ranks behind the first charge, director's debenture(s). 

Mind you it says it's a first charge, with the ex-directors noted as Permitted Encumbrances.

Yeah I think that the 32 page document setting up a charge on Sparrows Lane in particular prevents Duchatelet from selling or otherwise damaging the freehold asset until it is transferred to ESI. Only skimmed it on my phone mind. 

Never thought I would see the day that Roland would resign.. and then Murray. Good day to close this friends. Jimmy Seed summed it all up. Had many laughs, reading this thread, enjoyed the fished puns, house analagies etc. I think the last words should be typed up by Sir Henry Irving to mark the end of this thread. Goodbye to all who sailed in her.

if the thread is closed today (27/1/2020) then think the “Roland Out!” that takes you home needs to change to “Roland mainly gone...” based on the companies house info emerging today...
