    they've only been in the Quarter-Finals twice since around 2002-03, barely gotten out of the Groups between then either

    Great to see as well as for me they're one of the proper classic European teams

    The manager will almost certainly get sacked but Perez has to take some of the blame. Last summer he was more concerned with signing Courtois when he already had a decent enough keeper, instead of getting someone to try and replace Ronaldo. 

    First time in 9 years that Madrid will not be in the quarters.

    Great win for Ajax, but unfortunately I see them get ripped apart in the summer. Look what the vultures did to Monaco a couple of years ago.

    De Jong is already off, De Ligt, Ziyech and possibly Neres surely to follow. Van de Beek and Dolberg could go as well.
