Some of the street food vendors about these days are serving up some proper burgers.

I'll compile a list at some stage as I've made a bit of a thing of visiting a fair few small businesses around London that operate in the many street food markets across the capital.

One that sticks out from recent memory is called The Patate. They are at West India Quays 'KERB on the Quay' street market on Fridays.

    https://www.kerbfood.com/traders/the-patate/

There's a few others there on other days that are also worth checking out.

So out of the question if you’re pulling your horns in.

I had a pork burger in Milan that is genuinely the best burger I've ever had I think

It was purchased in a bar called Lambiczoon that also had hands down the best selection of beers I have ever seen

What I'm saying is: if you're in Milan, go there

Couldn’t agree more, absolutely no need for it.

Usually only have burgers when hungover. ( or at football) Bk double whopper normally does the job, but special ones - boisdale and the intercontinental in Hong Kong. Cost £26 9 years ago on room service bu but due to its rareness, kept me going most of the next day after a 7am finish the night/ mornings before.

Went to Hello burger in Sidcup a couple of weeks ago. Second time there.

First time I went I wasn't all that impressed but this time was much much better. Not Patty and bun level, but not far off it.

For a local-ish burger this place is very impressive and so much better than Hello Burger in Sidcup.

Think Dip&Flip is still my favourite in London but the Mac and Wild burger is also brilliant.

Had a nice one recently at Nene Cafe & Bistro in Chislehurst. Think it was called the Burger ala Nene on the menu. Bloody lovely.

It's 100% about the quality of the beef, and Bleeckerburger seem to have nailed it.

So of putting, still if the burgers good I don't mind not eating the bun.
